Savage lee actually has two spawns. If you spawn at the snowbound crossroads, immediately after spawning he can appear behind around the catch a ride station. You can easily tell if he’s there by looking at your mini map for a red enemy dot. If he’s not there, then you can use the catch a ride station and drive all the way to the second location which is shown in this vid. Sure the distance is a bit farther if he isn’t at the initial span but now you have a chance for him to spawn almost right next to you. That’s the technique I use. Spawn, check my mini map, then drive the other location. If you wanted to, you could spawn check your mini map and if he’s not there, save and quit and come back. Super fast but not guaranteed spawn using just the one.
Never did it spawn behind the car station for me in all my years of playing. I dont know what people are talking about. It always spawned in only 1 location for me.
I sometimes farm him over the Torgue machines because it's less boring. And yes, I have had a matching grip DPUH drop first time from Lee - as well as from a Torgue machine. I do well with farming guns but have an atrocious time farming blue or purple class mods and relics from Tina's DLC or the Snowman chest. Still haven't got an OP10 Sham above 89% after 500 or so runs on Bunk3r, come to think of it. Yet my lad is extremely jammy at farming class mods and relics but cannot for the life of him get a rare weapon to drop off anybody. I spent TWO WEEKS and many hundreds of runs trying to get a specific Monk mod for Salvador's PimperDuuurp, yet he went and got one first time. At the same time I got him an OP10 DPUH from a Torgue machine first time. He tried sixty times (on his server) to get an OP10 Norfleet off Hyperius but to no avail - I got two in two runs on my server. Since discovering Duping, we've formed a good team at getting what we need. We're only six months into Borderlands 2 and are just missing out on OP10 Interfacers and a 94% OP10 Sham. One day....

try in pyro pete´s bar in the torque machine i just bough my doble penetrating unkempt from that machine 615 tokens works as long as you have the dlc and i think is faster than savage lee
The Harold is op and uses too much ammo early game, your better off doing pyro Pete's bar and earning 613 torgue tokens and farming a torgue vendor instead tbh

I didn't see the perfect Harold in the machine so I grabbed that dumb ass shot gun forgetting how bad it was
