Looks like you don't just pay for the item. You also pay for the service. Expensive yes but they do things nicely when cleaning items, sorting, and packing. Its why they can afford to throw a free item. Though I don't normally buy from them and look for cheaper alternatives, they also try to make extra cash making game videos. Another way to profit off the item you buy.
