Some trips have short layovers, crews that don’t wanna do anything, boring overnights, etc.

I've never seen female flight attendants from the same company working the same flight on the same day wearing different color scarves. 💙💗 Blue and pink in this case. Interesting.

Hotel covered. If the hotel provides breakfast or dinner for free, covered. Any other food expenses come out of your pocket

Depends on airline policy. Regional airlines are typically 18+, mainline are 20+.
