As someone who just finished her 500th book of the year, I wanna say : if reading brings you joy, then it's a very good use of your time ;) Like you this is my main "hobby" I don't really do anything else, so it's really nice to see other avid readers on CZcams :)
honestly I have thought about it and its definitely something I would be interested in doing in the future :) I think once I get into the "flow" of this channel and my routine I might explore it, thank you for the suggestion!

I have been doing this exact same thing in a Hobonichi Weeks this year! I call it my personal/what I'm into planner. It has been so fun and happy to doument those joys :) I'm looking forward to seeing how you use and enjoy this next year!

I'd always wanted to use a hobonichi... But it would never work (I test things like you do too!). I need one calendar that will do both work and personal. And the weeks is just way too small... But as a hobby planner? Um. Yes. Depending on how my set up for next year- or however long- goes (I've got a language learning bullet journal and bible reading/reflections bullet journal) this might a system that I really like? I think the idea of a hobonichi would be amazing because the idea for both of these is to do a little every day... I typically choose undated things for planning because I don't like wasting pages... But that would be a good motivator for skills and hobbies? Holy damn. I haven't seen this kind of thing before (somehow) my mind is blown!!

I also got separate A6 book dedicated solely to things that bring me joy and happiness 😊, such as books, TV shows, music, and crocheting
such a great idea! I feel like A6 is the PERFECT size for that
