      Have you ever experienced problems when copy and pasting the map model in TTS (even using OneWorld -when building a packed map-) that the collision gets messed up and the other objects end up floating in a weird way over the map? Thanks for the info.

    • @theyodax7926
      @theyodax7926  Před 4 lety

      Hi @@gabrielvazquez2495 .I believe that is a problem when the map is not locked to the table.Press L on the map to lock it.then the collider will work as intended.

      @@theyodax7926 Thanks for reply. I did notice that, unfortunately when OneWorld loads a map that has already been saved, it will load locked as expected but with the boxed collision instead of the original mesh; that means unlocking and locking back again but it migh go bunkers if there is already other stuff over.
      I did get to a workaround, which involved having it as different models if it involved high hills for example.

      @@gabrielvazquez2495 OK.I don't use one world.I do use the stage set to import my models.I just find I don't like the middle man with one world.I like to just put the map I need on the table when I need it.
      I'm glad you found a work around.

    This is amazing, I am using blender 3.0 (I think) the interface looks a tad different but functions well enough the same for me to follow this guide. I have no clue what time you've dedicated to this but to share it with the community is a pure act of kindness.
    I play 40k, but I'm found the maps whilst detailed with terrain and sometimes level, lack the real depth of terrain. And as I'm currently working through a DND style 40k campaign, this opens up my chance to bring in a massive map. Absolute legend right here.

    Dude, you have some of the absolute coolest maps on TTS, I've shown people your stuff umpteen times since I grabbed it back in like early April as examples of what's possible if you really wanna work on it. This is the first time I've seen your channel, and it's super eye opening. It's also conceptually transferrable to almost any kind of engine based level/ landscape design. Thank you for the video, and your Workshop stuff for TTS is really a major boon to the platform.
