do you have any tips on the dog paw print pillow
Since the dog pillow can not be easily separated in sections, it is best to print the pillow in one application on a 15x15 or 16x20 platen.
Hi, any tips on how to wash? Will the black bleed? Thanks ☺
These pillows can be washed in cold water on a normal cycle. We have not experienced any issues with the colors or black area of the pillow bleeding.
Any tips to prevent fading of the black while pressing? I have this product (from Amazon) and when I use tape, it left fade marks where the tape was, and when I don’t use tape and press each pic one at a time, the black fades to an ash gray, on both sides of the pillow case.
We have noticed some fading where the tape is, but you can also use spray adhesive to avoid this issue. The black shouldn't fade to a light grey - maybe lightening your pressure or reducing the heat will help.
@@ProWorldInc it does fade, every single time. I've made a few already and the fade is ridiculous. What is your recommended temp? Reducing the temp can affect the amount of color transfer in the photo. Pressure was light-medium, not too much. The black faded after the first press, but as I pressed each photo individually, it continued till it was an ash gray. I ended up printing black sheets of paper just to transfer ink back to the pillowcase to try to fix it. I think some research should be done to determine why the black bleeds out of the fabric, as many people have commented the same thing.
did you put butcher paper inside the pillow?
It is not necessary to insert butcher paper inside the pillow, but you can if you feel more comfortable using it.
