remember 2014? oh my god that the tough year for bangtan and army. remember when everyone try so hard to make #jhopeyouareperfect trending worldwide but we (army) are still the small fandom so it's kinda hard. but we made it. and please remember when antis attack jhope, jimin posted a picture of an abs said that is jhope abs and jhope is awesome but fans claim that is actually jimin's abs. and at the same year, they (antis) claimed that namjoonie and jin has mental illness or something like that. oh god. i hurt so much that time thinking that they get hurt by those rumors

Thian Awi no. they are not just a rising ordinary group. this boys having a really hard time back then. they are not popular back then, but they still got a lot of haters that attacked them nonstop. even until now. but i think 2014 is the worst. imagine being called unknown group but still got hate for nothing. they didn't make much money at that time but have to deal with antis.

skysandrainseamoonsnow 7D it's like what i said. they got hate and involved into controversy without a reason. they are not a popular group that time. and army is also a really small fandom. it happened just like that. we don't know why. suddenly jhope got a lot of hate and antis start to trend a hashtag to kick jhope out. jhope seems to bother with the issue and he look sad. jimin tried to cheer him up by spell jhope name using his body. and then bla bla bla, antis changed their target and made an issue about other members. it's like they passed a barton. one by one got attack without any reason.

Acacia Grace i hate on kpop too, and it was because of 2013 exo era everybody was crazy about them.i went to check on their music but it was ntg special.so i especially got annoyed whenever pol mention exo.they made me hate kpop lololol no offense but it was after when i discovered bts i could finally got rid of my kpop hatting self.
Well BTS isn't quite a typical Kpop group when it comes to their music and lyric style. TaeLion, haha I find EXO songs (other than their title tracks) really boring even though they're talented while I find BTS songs to be inspirational and empowering.

I actually never cried over any sad thing cause I don't cry that much, I actually supported BTS from the end of 2013, and I was sad about they didn't won. I was sad the fact that if you search kpop most of the group like BIG BANG,EXO, SNSD, 2ne1, SUPER JUNIOR etc, used to come. You could hardly find BTS in middle of the videos. But we ARMYs who supported BTS never gave up. We hoped that everyday will be a nice day for us and BTS, whenever BTS goes to a music shows we expected them to win. On their old lives fanchants were so low that you can or can't hear. Our fandom got hates and antis were all around us. Until the won their 1st win of I NEED U, then the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th!!! It was all like a dream for all of us. Each and every win were like dream.. And then slowly slowly they stared to win most of the show s, they came to variety shows too!!!
And now whenever they go to Music Bank, Show Champion, M Count down etc, most of the time we can sure that they will win. Every thing is perfect, the fandom is more friendlier than before. They won DASAENGS YA'LL!!!! FIRST KPOP GROUP TO BE IN BILLBOARD YA'LL! 1ST! F-I-R-S-T FIRST!!! Even in the countries' like Bangladesh, India etc. were you can barely see kpop, BTS CAME IN THEIR NEWS PAPERS AND NEWS!!!
BTS is actually the inspiration or groups from small companies, BTS showed that no matter from where you are, you can achieve the BIGGEST DREAM YOU COULD'VE NEVER DREAM OF!!!

I was there(fandom) on their first win. Also on the second, and third and all of the wins. On both daesangs. And now, theyre nominees for BBMA. And im telling you. I cried on every achievement they received. And will probably cry even more. It doesnt matter what era you became an ARMY, as long as you love and support the boys, we will all be equal. I think they are more jealous now and spit more hate because their idols are not known worldwide. Nothing against their idols but some fans can be sooo Argh... BTS is helping Korea or idols in Korea known around the world, can they just be proud of that? (no, im not forgetting PSY and the others who were known before them, BTS has done more). Im not Korean but seeing them succeed outside of Korea gives chills to my spine. I watched this video 4 months ago when i was just into kpop and bts. But now that i am an army, this video means much more. In these months, i've grown to love them and i feel like i've been an army since their debut. They're the only kpop group i like not just for their songs and looks. They're hard worker. The fact that they came from a less known agency made me even prouder. They're literally creating history. And us army needs to support them. Don't diss any members eventhough he's not your bias. Ahem, to make things worst: Our Taehyungie/V was suicidal back in 2015/2016 because of all the haters, antis and bashers. But did you see MAMA 2017? They're MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix) performance was absolutely breath taking, they even remixed the remix! After the AMAs(they're debut in America), BTS seemed more happy and confident, they stated it as well. Anyways, BTS a.k.a our bangtan went through a lot of shit, do a lot of research before making assumptions.

Watching this now... I never really realized how HARD things were for them the first 2 years after debut. I wasn't there for those two years, I became an ARMY at year 3, and I so wish I had heard of them sooner. They started with nothing, with everything they've come through and now they're singing SOLD OUT concerts all over the WORLD! And they even got nominated for the Billboard Music Awards, which is the FIRST k-pop group to ever get nominated. I'm drowning in my own tears over here brb

Can't believe I didn't like K-pop in the past. I was first introduced into it by my friend with EXO back in 2013 and I thought their songs were pretty good but I just wasn't interested. Then 3 years later my friend showed me BTS's Dope. I was astonished by how catchy the song was and how talented the group was. I then listened to Fire and decided to start checking them out more. It wasn't until their Wings comeback I realized I became an ARMY. I learned how to play some of their songs on piano like I Need U and BST because of how good those songs were. I'm glad BTS was the door for me to experience and enjoy K-Pop and I'll be with BTS and ARMY until the end :) (honestly every time I see or hear Jin I fanboy so hard and I'm straight as the handle of a BTS lightstick handle)

I actually don't know the existence of KPOP. Here in the philippines. I just saw a bunch of BTS t-shirt, cap, and bags at the public market. And saw some kids wearing BTS shirst with members pictures printed on it. I guess that thing brought me to kpop. I can't remember when do I start fan girling.
I love them more when I discover that they write their own song plus its primary target was us, the youth. And their music is not like other kpop artist who just sing the same kind of vibes song and the only thing that changed was the lyrics and theme. I love how bts music grows that represents growth of us, the things that millennials want to say in the public, and their personal story.

It was only when they started getting more popular in the last year that those people started trying to mooch off and play favorite to them. 3 years ago, i really don't like boyband korean idols. I didn't get why my sister like them so much. We even tease her because of that. one day, I saw BTS's dance practice video for boy in luv on youtube. I liked their choreography and told my sister that they're amazing dancers. Wanting to see more dance practice from them(idk that they were rookie back then), I searched BTS through youtube and found a video of them from weekly idol. Because of their dorkiness and everything they showed there made me wanting to know more about them. As the time passed by, I became an ultimate fan of them. I became an ARMY. I loved all the members and now I understand how my sister feels. They were the only group that got me interested in boy kpop. they got my hearteu.. Now, I just want to support them to everything they do. Please, i hope other people stop hating, insulting, criticizing, and belittling them.

honestly i was a bts hater back in 2014 because of my co-members in other fandom, bts doesn't appeal that good to me. we always call them as trying hard to be cool. but one day I was watching a video of compilation of boy group dancing to girl group song. then I saw jungkook dancing to girls day something, that was the moment he caught my eye.(jimin and j-hope was also dancing then) and then I said I'm going to watch their videos and see what this group about. luckily they have lots of video in YT they have Bombs, log etc. after watching all of that i just fell in love with all the members. and now they are the top of my bias group.
Let me tell you what I learn about this. Don't hate the artist because their fandoms has lots of immature fan. Don't hate the artist because your co-member said they deserve the hate. BTS has been amazing since they debuted. They have always been seriously underrated! Their songs are energetic (you can't keep from dancing), their melodies are beautiful, and their lyrics are O!P! Each and everyone of them bring a unique flavor to this EPIC K-pop band. I think they are all beautiful and extraordinary individual. To this day I still love their early stuff, but with the release of wings they show the the "Boys" are no longer "Boys"... And I love seeing this exceptional side of Rap Monster and Suga❤❤❤ With that being said, I love them all and wish them the VERY best in EVERYTHING the endeavor!!!

I cried when they finally won the Daesang in MMA... they deserved it and I'm glad it was BTS to break the streak of the top 3 entertainments for MAMA. Jungkook feeling sorry for small things like not facing as much hardship as his members break my heart. Taehyung getting so much hate for touching a girl's hair honestly hurts me so much. Yoongi and Rapmon receiving backlash for joining an idol group... how is that any different from debuting as a solo artist? Hoseok being called ugly when he's the most optimistic person I've ever seen, I almost always see him with a smile. Jin being told he's unimportant by people who said BTS is unimportant... wow, if it wasn't for him, they'd probably be starving and living within rubbish. In some way, BTS really are like Big Bang. Big Bang also used to go through a lot of shit when they debuted, they weren't popular in the beginning and YG didn't have the money to back them up like they do these days. Only when Lie came out (basically BTS' I Need U) did they slowly gain more fans and look at where they're at now, it's amazing, they survived many scandals and long hiatuses but they're pretty much legends now. No wonder so many groups from smaller agencies look up to them so much...Big Bang made YG, just like BTS is making Big Hit these days and I truly believe the only way for them is up now :)

This made me so emotional 😭😭 I became an army on December 2016 after they won this award, so I never really knew these things were happening. I knew people hated them, but I didn't know it got to a point where people were saying they didn't deserve it. I'm happy for them and where they are now; I just wish I could've come sooner so I could've grown with them and been there when thet didn't believe in themselves. They work so hard, you can see it. They won all these awards and gained so many fans even when they didn't start off in a big company. I don't understand why people hate on them. If you were a real ARMY, you would love all of them. Namjoon is the only reason that these boys even got together. Seokjin, Taehyung, and Hoseok always cheer the members up with their quirky personalities. Jimin is the member the others go to for comfort. Jungkook is cared for by all the members (and he cares for them too, even if he has a hard time showing affection). Yoongi quietly takes care of them from the sidelines. Without even one of these members, Bangtan wouldn't be the Bangtan we know today. These 7 boys are what makes the BTS we all know and love. My heart hurt seeing all their insecure comments at the start of the video. People hated on them so much that they started to believe it themselves. I never noticed in the videos they felt this way because they wouldn't show it. All they would show is gratitude to us. They gave us all the credit when in reality their hard work, passion, and determination to prove to the haters that they can make it is a much bigger contributer to their success. I may be one ARMY out of millions, but together the ARMYs are a force to be reckoned with. That's the thing I love about this fandom. We treat each other and the boys as family and vice versa. I know I came to the fandom late and I didn't experience being here during their downs, but I also know that I'm here to stay and support them until the end.

This is one reason why I don't have any bias in BTS because they need each other in order to grow together. I'm really proud of them because they achieved what they dreamed of and they never give up no matter what other people say. I commented this somewhere related to BTS before but I'm going to mention this again; Keep going BTS becauseno one succeed without haters. The more haters you get, the more it shows that people are actually paying attention to you to hate you but they didn't realize it. BTS, fighting!! :)
Never underestimate any of the members because each of them have their own charm and that is what make them special together.
I am so proud of BTS for how far they've come. I discovered them when they released Boy in Luv and I remember when I used to faithfully watch all their bangtan bombs and Variety shows. I understand they worked hard to get to where they are, but so has every other rookie group. The market is so saturated in Korea, that out of all the groups out there, less than 1% actually make it. The market is dominated by the Big3 groups so for BTS to make it is amazing. I truly think their company also played a huge role in their success because they promoted the boys properly and gave them good producers to work with.

I was at the point of tears - They received so much hate and yet look at where they are now in 2017, so proud of them. Plus most of the songs are written by the members themselves, which just goes to show that they're really expressing these feelings from the bottom of their hearts and not just singing it for the sake of singing. Plus their songs really relate to teenagers, which I think is really touching - Again, not just singing it for the sake of singing, they actually KNOW what they're singing about and you can really tell that from the amount of effort they put in be it their dance and/or singing. Also, in their interviews you can tell that they're genuine about their passion towards music - They're not all about popularity they actually care about expressing themselves and sending that message out to people, especially now when they're way more popular than before they still have stayed humble throughout. And I'll probably get hate for this, but compared to other boybands like EXO and BigBang (I'm not saying they don't work hard, so please don't get the wrong idea), there's just something different about BTS that makes them stand out. The compliments go on obviously, about how far BTS have become. Literally so proud of BTS and proud to be an ARMY, fighting!

This made me so freakin sad and proud at the same time. The fact that they went from nobodys to daesang winners. It took them 3 yrs of hard work to get where they are now and along this long journey they still never forget about us their beloved fans and always appreciate it. They're really doing everything to satisfy us and give us back as much as they can, even when they're tired they give in their best to not let us down. I'm so grateful to be a part of such an amazingly supportive and loyal fandom as ARMY.
I don't know BTS before. And I actually just recently knew bout them in 2017. I found out on how multi-talented they are. They deserved all the awards. They produce their own song, all those choreographies they had were even harder that I've ever seen and I can see how hard they have been through. GO GO BTS! These guys came from nothing. No name, no big label, no fame, no money, no emotional support even from own family (like Suga) but they REALLY REALLY REALLY WORKED HARD to achieve and reach their goals and dreams. They worked their asses off, didn't get much sleep, felt muscle pain from endless practice, squeezed their brains to write lyrics, suffered depression and maybe cried a river. We really didn't know what's happening behind that camera, behind their laughs, smiles, jokes and tears. Even they were belittled and laughed at, they continued to dream, continued to perform, dance, rap and sing, continued to produce good music, they NEVER gave up. And that spirit, together with their teamwork brought them where they are now! People who gave all their all, heart and soul, blood, sweat and tears DESERVED TO BE IN THIS PLACE. They proved us that nothing is impossible.
I'm an AMRY for not so long ago, maybe I know a little about BTS compared to those who stayed with them for 3 years, but it doesn't that I have no rights to fight and speak for them. They've gone a long way and I'm sure there's a lot more coming in the future, I hope BANGTAN and ARMY will always be forever and will always stand beside each other. So what if their appearance isn't as better as kim,jeong,park,and jins. They still are beautiful and talented. I hate watching bts live concerts and when nanjoons turn is up no one is screaming loud but as soon as kim or jk comes on they scream at the top of their lungs almost killing themselves over them. People don't know this but when you think about it they all are talented but jhope has alot of talent, im not gonna say the most talent because it might trigger people but he has alot of talent, that not all members have. For example jhope can dance, sing, rap, he's very intelligent. Not all members can dance very well but they all are smart and can sing.
