Jango Fett was the last of the True Mandalorians (group lead by Jester Meerel). He even commanded the Cuy'Val Dar, not to mention he was born in Concord Dawn, you know, the planet that is in Mandalorian Space.
Satine and Almec were part of the New ""Mandalorians"", who were devoted to peace. Jango was much more a Mandalorian than Prr Viszla or Satine.
