My Galaxy A50 froze while making a call and automatically shut down and then doesn't turn on. It gets stuck on logo screen. I am not able to go to recovery mode as well by the instructions given as the phone just restarts and again shows the logo page and gets stuck. I had installed May 2020 security patch software update 2-3days back.
Please help ASAP as there is important data in the phone and no service centres are open near me due to lockdown.
