This was interesting and educational💯. But I didn't like this statement at 10:20. Even if you sleep with women don't tell them your secret. Take what is precious from them but don't give them what is precious to you.That's exploitative. And infidelity is the second leading reason women are divorcing men in the western world, the lack of segsual discipline in men is destroying marriages. Marriage does not provide a faithfulness pill upon entrance, and seggs is not only addictive but muscle memory, it's not easy to be reckless then suddenly become continent and content in marriage. And this is not to mention that it's sinful, and it also breaks women. If we reap what we sow , how can men expect to have a happy end with all the lives and hearts they broke on their passage These prohibitions are necessary especially for men because men left to their own devices even their own children will not be safe with them. Instead of permission, prohibitions should be reinforced, because all that men need to act any how is permission and social approval of inappropriate behaviour.

Am 24 yrs am listening to you tubers who teach how to heal but it's paining especially wen you reach on mother wounds
For my wellness routine I listen to worship, read a verse, read my mantra , plan my day, drink a glass of water, and read a spiritual book
