Hi! What if you get a new passport. Will the Immigration officer see all the old travel information or just the one on the new passport? This is regarding if you’ve spend more than 3 months in the last 5 years in a country that does not have low incidence of tb.
Also, is the 3 months TOTAL in the last 5 years or 3 months in a row?

However, its been 3 weeks now but my status is still "waiting for you on your travel document". I tried to follow up on INZ to no avail. You can look for a job in New Zealand while on a visitor visa, but you would need to get a valid work visa and meet the requirements before you can work. It would also depend if you get a job offer while you're here. Hello Mam, actually I was confused about documents required for showing in " Onward travel " .. They intend that we show all hotel bookings and return ticket.. Since visa is not confirmed, we can't book tickets now.. Can we upload bank statement showing enough money for tickets in that section??
Hi! Yes they advise not to purchase the tickets until after visa is approved, so you can show proof that you or your sponsor will have enough money to buy the tickets. This is what's stated from the website: "proof you have enough money to buy a ticket out of New Zealand, in addition to the funds you have to live on - do not buy your ticket until your visa has been granted or we tell you that your application is approved in principle"

@@ortegajulzzz thanks alot, i have been through the article already just wanted to confirm from someone who have personal experience of applying, because usually the visa takes so much time even the websites states 90% applications within 5 month so submitting your passport for 5 months is not a good choice, that’s why i was asking, hope you got my point.

Another one is from a person who is working for NZ immigration and she asked me about 3 documents. And sent me nz 1209 form i mean a different form to complete it. What should i do. Did you go through the immigration without any problems? Were they strict? I am worried about the health check because I have been in a country that does not have low TB for more than 3 months TOTAL in the last 5 years and I didn’t know before after my visa got approved.
@@Amy_lase I think being strict just depends on the country. Nz immigration service did not ask me to health check. But i havent been in another country. Maybe they can check you but i think it will be okay.
