As far as I remember one of my fren younger sister had faced the same problem & later on she too did the same process & in end she had 2 go to Allahabad lastly... but this is an age old matter so I don't know exactly what process they presently follow

It's not like that, for staff if u compare for 25 yr then compare customers also in 25 years for relevant comparison. Next is first clarify the rate of int for staffs and slabs in which rate of int fluctuates and then customer ... for staffs it will come little more and customer it will come little less
