How did you manage to lift the cpu without heat affecting PMIC ?

Thank you for your question! Lifting the CPU without affecting the PMIC is indeed a delicate process that requires precision. Before lifting the CPU, I took careful measures to ensure the PMIC's safety.
Firstly, I heated the CPU to gently remove the underfill around it. This step was performed at a lower temperature of 260 degrees Celsius with controlled airflow to prevent any adverse effects on the PMIC.
Once the underfill was successfully removed, I adjusted the temperature settings to 380 degrees Celsius with a controlled airflow of 60 units for lifting the CPU. This elevated temperature allowed for a quicker and safer removal while minimizing the risk of PMIC disturbance.
