  • This is a beautiful 8-minute long travel vlog showing the world-famous Butchart Gardens. This 55-acre garden is truly a gorgeous place to spend a few hours enjoying the beauty of nature.
Due to the relaxing nature of the views and the soft music used in the background, this video may be useful for ASMR, relaxation, or quiet contemplation.
Butchart Gardens is located just north of Victoria, in Brentwood Bay on Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, Canada.
It all started in the early 1900s when Jennie Butchart hired a garden designer from Japan to create a Japanese garden for the Butchart estate. In the years after that, the gardens were slowly expanded to cover more of the estate, including turning the family's nearby limestone quarry in to a sunken garden.
I visited Butchart Gardens in May of 2022 as part of a cruise with American Cruise Lines.
The music that plays in the background of this video is called "Six Seasons" and is performed by Unicorn Heads.

How about the top deck of a cruise ship? That would be a fun place for a G-scale layout, too!

Believe it or not, it was shot entirely on my Google Pixel 5a phone, which was mounted on a DJI Osmo gimbal.
