One of the many secrets in playing classical guitar is to make sure the notes do not overlap or ring beyond their time values. Muting or stopping the strings is a skill in itself that takes a long time to learn and to master. In this video, I demonstrated how to execute string muting techniques and how to apply them to an example piece that I'm currently studying.
