I went to Al Jawahar last year and was really disappointed in the food. I'm told there's a third spot just called Jawahar, which is quite good. I've yet to try it though.

Karim's aur Al-Jawahar me.. mujhe to Karim's thoda zyaada pasand hai. DONO hi badhiya hai lekin. Abhi kuch hi dino pehle.. Ramazan ke market me raat ko dosto ke saath gaya. The vibe of Old Delhi during Ramazan is like #Kolkata during Durga Puja. It's AMAZING. PLUS... the food in Karim's was that much more deliciuos then.

Been to Karim's restaurant in old Delhi while visiting India and found their food and services of NO standard at all. The staff are very rude as well. Although it is famous, I would not recommend this restaurant.
