- From meeting Rita Ora at the office to my “Chill Time” ritual, I’m taking you on “A day in my life of” a Digital Marketing Intern at Warner Bros Records!
In September 2018, I joined the Digital Marketing (Fan Engagement) team of Warner Bros Records, a music label owned by Warner Music Group through their Emerging Talent program.
I was an “Associate” for 7 months and I had one of the best professional experience of my life (so far)! Beside the amazing team and great environment, I’ll remember the awesome contagious energy we get from working in such a major label.
Since both the Internship program and the Fan Engagement department are new, I really wanted to share with you what a regular day looks like… although no two days are the same.

If I remember correctly, the nature of the 'paid intership' limited the amount of hours allowed to clock in. In short, small budget for interns = short days of work.
How/when did you move to LA? What do you do to make enough money to live there while spending most of your time as an intern,
Posting the exact times you leave the house and get to work, where you work etc makes it very easy for anyone who may want to harm you to easily find you by you posting your daily routine. Please be careful.

I was living close by at the time. Relocation is rarely negotiable, but they do have many offices around the U.S and globally that are worth being considered.

If you believe you’re right and you have the mean to, you should do it. The music industry is far from being perfect and is undergoing many transformations thanks to the work of many (music modernization act and all)...
