Belgorod is not in the Ukrainian line of contact where Ukraine is fighting to protect their country and despite the complaints of ammunition shortage and pressing for the last USD 61 billion aid in weapons and ammunition, it would appear that there is not really a shortage of ammunition if the Ukrainians can afford to shell civilians in Belgorod and Donbass "wasting" much in shortage ammunition. The US, UK and the other countries are complicit in war crimes by supplying weapons and ammunition to Ukraine to kill civilians. They cannot claim that just because the weapons and ammunition have been transported to Ukraine, these now are Ukranian and what the Ukrainians did with it is the responsibility and accountability of Ukraine. The question is who provided these weapons and ammunition? If they were not supplied or shipped or transported to Ukraine, would the irresponsible killing of civilians have occurred?
