I accidentally put the Sim tool into the hole on the right of the SIM tray (before watching your video). I just inserted the tool gently until it stopped and took it out. Is it likely I did any damage? I think its a microphone hole.

Just did this. Bad design. Guess I'll find out shortly.

I think they are aware of this so it doesn't do any harm because the microphone itself is out of the way.

Only two at a time. So you either use two physical or one physical and one esim.
