So bad, they are already pre-filming the saga from 0, again, the worst thing is that the cast is nothing like it and JK Rowling agreed. I would have done the sequel from when in "relics of the death part two", when Harry takes his sons to station 9/¾. it would be nice if the sons Potter and Weasley granger spend some adventures in the new Hogwarts that was previously destroyed by Voldemort .

Alan Rickman was a true national treasure not just for playing the role of snape but for the man he was and all the roles he had taken and made his own. The way he helped mould the next generation of young actors when he was on the hp set. A true professional and a true gentleman. R.I.p you absolute legend, your work lives on forever

Edit: yes, there's a new series in pre production with HBO. It has been confirmed to be in the works, but so far no actors are confirmed and no sets etc, it's all in pre-production.

@@jacedoran2853 I wouldn't chose either of them unless they had immaculate English accents. That's one thing I loved about the movies, we are in England, everyone needs an English accent. If Adam driver is cast as Snape he needs to have a flawless accent or it'll ruin snape as a character for me. He is too major a role to have an American accent.

I had the pleasure of getting Mr. Rickman's autograph in New York when he did the play Seminar. BRILLIANT actor. WONDERFUL human being. BUT... YES he had an aura that could hit you like a wall. I felt it in those 1 precious minute even as he was being insanely gracious catering to all of us clamoring fans. I never forgot (and happily recorded it on my phone). So yep, I feel ya, Felton!!
