I was watching your video up to the point you are doing the other side and i was thinking why you did not jump on droplinks first😂😅 glad you got it sorted.
Holy Shi* @SNORKYMEDIA £54 ? I paid I think £17 from ebay pre Covid for both , My droplinks were £12 for 2 as well but I must admit I bought the collared ones not the allen key style , i have bought a 2nd hand Subframe for the K12 and prepping it with new bushes and some paint before simply swapping the whole unit out , in some ways its not a bad job , thanks for this Video (was subscribed and glad I noticed somwhow I was no longer so re-subbed ) Nice Work :)
I have a similar problem on the right hand front of my Note 2010 Dci its a squeak and rattle and I've renewed the struts and springs and top mounts and both control arms but its still there !!!
It was the drop links the squeak that is @@SNORKYMEDIA the clunk remained, so ive changed the all subframe mounts its like new now 😃 just got empty wallet.😯
i got a versa s 2011, and one of the sides one of the subframe links, the metal bracket is facing you, so you cant access the bolt, and then the cv axle, shock, control arm, engine, and subframe is in the way... so im like searching for youtube videos trying to figure out how to do that side. I guess if it's only torqued 80 foot pounts i could use a swivel head wrench or something
@@SNORKYMEDIA i'm not sure, i think it's different on both sides, but its because one side is transmission one side is the engine, and i had to get a low profile 21mm socket to change the control arm bolt because the transmission is too close to the control arm bolt, and to get the transmission jacked up, you have to take out the air intake, air box, battery, battery holder, air box bracket. Anyway after i took all that stuff out to jack up the transmission, which only btw gave 1 extra inch of clearance, i finally got full access to that subframe sway link bolt. Anyway car is so dumb, you gotta take it half way apart, so i guess its like this from the factory, im just jealous of the adjacent models being better.
hi great video i have nissian note 1.6 2007 petrol iv had it in the garage n they say mine are shoot meaning they no good have you got a link to theses thanks
UPDATE. The rattle turned out to be the drop links from the strut to the antiroll bar on each side.

eBay is great but takes time. We need the car so I went with a local car factors shop for these.

@@MinecraftSurge definitely worth trying. Is it supposed to be like that or has someone fitted it incorrectly in the past?
