That exact community has options in the $800's now, and HOA is $925/yr. That said, I can find you many options that are similar and either more economical or more beautifully crafted.

My budget will be half of that the Charlotte sub verbs I think expensive due to large number of people moving in NC.
I live extremely one of the coldest states I have a plan to move out about a year & to buy a house no HOA fee & no cold area
right now I am in a dilemma of choices some state cheapest like Indiana & Tennessee may be low job markets & high crimes
Last month I visited Charlotte I like the weather
Someone also recommended me South Carolina
I am a serious buyer I can buy a cash or pay more down payment at the end
can you recommend me based on your assessments & experiences to adjust my choice

homes in Allburn are listed from the mid $500's-$800's.
@@skyybutter1 yep they had more economical options that already sold. That community is closed out, I think they have one unit left for about $825K.

It wasn’t noticeable any of the times I’ve been there. It was one of the coolest spots next to a new community I’ve seen in a while!
