Portreath 7.2m Super High Tide Wave Watching + Drone Footage

I take a visit down to Portreath at high tide. This evening the tide is expected to reach 7.2m, and we have just had a storm pass through so im expecting some spectacular waves and sea conditions.
Although its quite windy, i do manage to get the drone in the air to get some arial shots.

This is the type of event that indicates that aside from wind, a force has disturbed the sea. Suspicious cloud on the horizon. Great catch!

I live on the North West coast, 7.2 m high tide is very low, even 8.5 m tide is low, over that and the highest of 10.6 m covers the entire shore

it depends where you are. The south coast is much less at 4 to 5 metres. 10.6 sounds pretty epic though, i will have to check it out.
