  • Fish chilly paste
    Ingredients
    Red chilly-250g
    Coriander seeds-50g
    Fennel seeds-1tsp
    Ginger-25g
    Garlic-75g
    Green chilly-1
    Tamarind-30g
    Curry leaves-30
    Sea salt
    Turmeric powder-2tsp
    Coriander seeds-50g
    Fennel seeds-1tsp
    Water-5cups
    Tips
    •wash all the ingredients and dry them
    •Store in air tight container
    •This recipe can be stored for 4-5months without any spoilage in refrigerator
    •Do not use wet spoon directly into the paste
    •If at all your red chilly paste get spoiled then you can add salt on top and do not mix it,close the lid and refrigerate.
