2:21 you can see he is already fouling him. He started grabbing and pulling by his shirt even before the udinese player touched the ball. The ref got it right. He continues to pull him until he touches the ball. But the foul starts from the moment he is in the air trying to header the ball.
A neutral fan was checking to see if you're right but if you pay attention you can see they made the correct decision. You have to call the play in chronological order and the foul started prior to any possible offside. Which I do think you are right on there does appear to be an offside.
