In order to perform the smooth transition & required activities in Deployment/Hypercare/Post Go-Live phase, below are the standard documents to be generated by the end UAT phase:
RPA Support Documents includes information such as
1. Production Deployment Checklist
2. Production Release notes
3. Bot Inventory
4. Additional supporting document (if any)
Post successful Bot deployment, there may be requirement of updating any existing document-based on the observations in the Deployment/Hypercare phase.
What is RPA release notes? how to draft?
Bot release notes is a document drafted by Developer to capture details around the Bot deployment to be refereed at/post time of production release & is part of the support handover documents.
The Bot User includes information such as
* High level RPA process details & pre-requisites
* System requirement & Server details
* Bot triggers
* Config file & folder structure
* Credential Manager details
* Exception Details
* Input file format
* Support & Business Contact Information,
* References or Attachments of any other supporting documents
Bot release notes serves as a go to document for Bot users team in terms of reference of Bot deployment pre-requisites, dependencies, any other execution related information or the post run support information.
