నాకు క్లాడికేషన్ నొప్పికి ఏప్రిల్ లో డాప్లర్ టెస్ట్ చేయించాను. కుడికాలు తొడ పై భాగంలో circumferential segmental fibrofatry plaque వల్ల Femoral artery లో moderate narrowing of lumen అని చెప్పారు. ప్రస్తుతం. వాకింగ్ రెస్ట్ వాకింగ్ అలా రోజుకు 4km నడుస్తున్నాను. బిపి ఉంది. బిపి మాత్రలు, క్లోపిడోగ్రెల్‌, ట్రెంటాల్, స్టాటిన్స్ వాడుతున్నాను. నా సమస్య తగ్గుతుందా, స్టెంట్ వేసుకోవాలా తెలియజేయండి.

This could be due to multiple reasons. Regular physical exercise, control of diabetes if present, quit smoking if present, iron and magnesium supplements most likely help you.

ఈ సమస్య కాలి రక్త నాళాలు (ధమనుల) వలన కాదు. సిరలు లేదా veins మెత్త బడటం, ఊబకాయం, vitamin D లోపం, diabetes వల్ల కావొచ్చు. BP, HbA1C, vitamin D levels, serum electrolytes పరీక్ష లు చేయించుకోండి. Exercise చేయండి. తగ్గ లేదు అంటే venous Doppler standing position లో చేయించుకోవాలి

All ready CT angiogram, Doppler scanning, MRI everything done sir. They told left leg 50%,right leg 40% nerves are blocked. Now they given ecosprin av 75, nurokind LC, pletoz 100. I am using these from 2 months. My doubt is , does it will be solved by medication as I am not a b.p. or sugar patient ?

One needs to maintain the metabolic profile-glycosylated haemoglobin less than 6.5%, LDL cholesterol less than 35 mg, BP less than 120/80 MMHG
