I sleep about 5 hours a night. My usual routine is to get up and start "doing stuff" ... cleaning, organizing, etc. Without thinking my hand reached for the remote and the TV had this man speaking about exactly what had awakened me. Thank you God for putting this man in my path. I found the youtube for this subject after I listened to today's message and was able to share this with the person for whom I am worried. God works miracles every single day. Finding this message was my miracle today.

I'm basically a King Jameser, not so much because I necessarily think the translation is "better" but simply, having memorized many scriptures from it, and heard foggy giblets of others in it, I can search on a word or two, even "maketh" or "doeth" online or in a concordance, whereas I wouldn't have a clue as to what word other translations might have used and so wouldn't be able to find the verse.
But in THIS case, the difference between "patience" (KJV) and "perseverance" is easy to understand: patience sometimes denoting a more passive acceptance, but perseverance characterizing a more active role, with an active faith. Thanks! Praying for you.

This is a tremendously profound teaching; can't say I've heard this explained in this way. It is beautiful. There is joy in discovering how real faith is! Faith is a response to God. Regain your perspective~Hold up over trials. The thing we want to go away is the thing God is using! Our trials inform our prayers. Let the process play out~lean in & ask for His wisdom; His eyes to see perspective. Don't give up! Pray: "Father use this until You choose to remove this!"~ That's heavy!

I watched this back when it was first aired- very powerful then- and especially the 2nd time today when I really needed it most. This morning at 5:00 I watched last Sunday's message and this one came up next so I thought- OK, I'll watch it again. Never tell me that there are "coincidences" with God.... this was nothing but a God thing♥ I had cataract surgery last December on both eyes- one is great, the other is giving me some issues due to another pre-existing issue with that eye. I crochet lap blankets for the cancer center and this eye issue is really challenging right now and I got myself very very upset and depressed this past week. So- being on my pitypot- I just decided that at my age (64) that I'm no good for anything (widowed, kids are grown) so I will just sit here, cry and eventually die... hopefully sooner than later. This message coming up this morning really sunk in- right when I needed it (like God always does). Mr Campbell was really dying- yet he was living far more than I am..... "I will not give up and run out the clock".... that's some powerful stuff! I pray God gives me the perseverance and courage to believe and live this way. "God use this until you choose to remove it". So many of us were taught in our religious instruction that doubts had no place in the Christian faith. Andy voices that its Ok to have those doubts and provides direction on how to grow in your faith.

I absolutely LOVE Andy's teachings. I miss them some Sundays but when I turn him on I always find a very great message within his teaching. The way he breaks things down makes it so real to understand. This message in particular hit home with a time when I tried to show 'that love' and it was not welcome at all. But I still said how the Bible even backs up what I'm saying. People do not want to face their downfalls at all. Keep on doing what is right tho.

Wrong, Yes it is Andy's message, his way of interpretation of things, his teaching methods, his Dad, Charles Stanley, the greatest preacher of the South doesn't agree with with his methods

Is apostle Luke and apostle Peter our apostle for the dispensation of the Church Age of Grace? NO!!!! they are NOT!!! Paul is our apostle for the dispensation of the Church Age of Grace.

How to get a lost soul saved from hell. Please read and get saved NOW!!
Signs, wonders, miracles, visions, water baptism, laying on hands, speaking in tongues, the sinner's prayer, etc.., were for the Jews, the Dispensation of Times Past and Times to come (that's the Tribulation period). Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are NOT the Gospel for us to get saved in the dispensation of Grace. Why? It's simple, apostle Paul makes it VERY CLEAR that Gal_1:8 KJB - But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
Gal_1:9 KJB - As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
We are in the Dispensation of Grace and Paul is our apostle to the Church (Believers in the Body of Christ). Dispensation of Times to Come, is not that far away, it will come right after the Church is raptured (caught up). Right after the Church Age ends, it will be the Times of Jacob's Trouble (tribulation period will take place right after). Please know your Doctrines, rightly dividing the word of truth, so you can have SOUND DOCTRINE. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB

Jesus Christ gave this Gospel to Paul who is our apostle to the dispensation of the Church Age of Grace, so that lost souls can get saved. It's the ONLY Gospel that saves lost souls!!
Ephesians 2:8-9 KJB - 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
2 Timothy 2:15 KJB - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

You know, I’m not Christian. And sometimes I am not sure there is a God aware of my day to day life. But either way, this is good advice, so I’ll take it. Because even if there isn’t God aware of my life and how I choose to live it, I am. I like what you said about faith not being a super power that makes things go away, and that sometimes we just have to accept that something we hate will not go away no matter what. So then what becomes important is what we do with it, how we choose to spend the time and life we have while we have it. All my favorite books and movies are about characters who managed to stay themselves and even thrive even though they were going through a lot of terrible things. I want the book of my life to star such a character. And in those stories, the characters don’t deny or bemoan what is happening. They accept it, and find a way to move forward. They become better people for it. That’s what makes the story great. And sometimes, they even get a happy ending rather than a bittersweet one.Thank you for the lesson.

There’s a woman in my apt building that’s been ignored, dismissed, invalidated, negated, rejected by her parents. Her mother is mentally & emotionally ill herself. This woman’s life has been really really hard on/for her. She’s got ADHD, severe anxiety etc. 🤷♀️🙏 Help!!!

Andy, I have to correct you on something. James did not see Jesus crucified, as a matter of biblical fact James & his sisters thought his brother Jesus was crazy as a lunatic. James & his brother Jude & his sisters Mary & Martha, never believed until Jesus appeared to him after the resurrection to prove that He was who he said He was, the Son of God & to fulfill scripture ! I agree with 95% of what he says, but i feel like he is sacrificing the truth about the power of faith to avoid "overselling" it. And i get why. But, there are too many examples of Jesus doing/not doing miracles based on faith. Im not saying He is a slot machine, but even Jesus was impressed by high levels of faith!

Why are you so proud of your esteem of the known Atheist, Bart Ehrman?? That’s frightening to me.
Why is he so afraid of offending people? We shouldn't apologize for the word of God. Just imagine if he would talk about what the Bible says about homosexuality. Don't you ever apologize for the Word of God.
Most preachers nowadays sugarcoat the Bible because they don't want to offend christians. Either you teach the truth or else don't even try teaching It.
What is this "pure joy", or any other kind of joy? Sadly....not an exaggeration, I've never experienced joy.
And what is the "process"? People keep talking about a process, but it doesn't seem like there IS a process, just a bunch of skits thrown at me, and a lot of suffering. Sorry, trying to understand, but these concepts are like a foreign language to me, without a glossary/textbook.
I just found this man on TV and came looking for his CZcams message to share with my niece. You made your comment months ago but I just found it. It struck me as strange that after listening to this CZcams, not one person responded to your hurt. God gave us the Bible and this wonderful message to reach out not only to our FRIENDS but to every human. It is my belief we ALL help EACH OTHER get through life. If you see this, I pray you have found joy through Christ.
