MINI CUT Ep.4 | -500g, the toughest week so far (sh*t is getting real!!) + my shoulders & back sesh

  • Hey hey beautiful people!
    Week 4 of the mini cut done & dusted.
    This week was toughhhhhh guys!! but I did my best.
    As always there's things I've done well (cals, cardio, training etc) & things to work on (sleep alwayssss, steps etc). But keen to make improvements & to push even harder next week!
    The purpose of these VLOGS is to keep things raw as I won’t have much time to edit anyway so at least you’ll see things as real as they are.
    I also hope that these vlogs will give my clients & followers dieting atm the motivation to keep pushing even when sh*t gets hard 🔪
