Something about Code Veronica X is so visceral and disgusting. Gotta say I’m most unfamiliar with those cutscenes and that’d have to be my favorite out of these 💎
I love how instead of the normal resident evil revelations 2 screen its the BIOHAZARD screen idk if its smth you get after completing all chapters cuz i only have the First chapter

The screens with the warning before the intro in the second and third game have a feeling I cannot explain. Damn everything about the first 3 games is iconic
I might be thinking about this too much but when Capcom revealed RE7 I noticed the Font looked familiar and it looked the same as the first RE font. They said RE7 was going back to its roots and I never realized they made the RE7 font as the same as the first game to symbolizes going back to how it started. If this doesn't make any sense I'm sorry I'm most likely reading in too much

The thing I don't like the recent RE's is the missing voice when we press start game. idk about you guys but this was so iconic on previous games.
I can't play my PS2 when i was still studying, so i had to open it withough my parents noticing. When i open Outbreak file 2 with that scary intro, it definitely give me the fear & anxiety 🤣

The jump to 4 is so huge. Same with the jump to 7.
Because 4 took them so much time to make. And for the 7, Capcom had to develop the RE Engine.
Resident Evil Outbreak file 2 always gives me anxiety whenever I hear those scream. Really show how dangerous the virus is.
Man, I would kill for an anthology series like Outbreak being done in RE engine. I always liked the concept of the gritty, grounded, and contained scenarios that are separate from the "main" timeline but still takes place in familiar places like Raccoon City (as long as it's not multiplayer).
Too bad there's no more the voice of "RESIDENT EVIL" in the title nowadays.
Resident evil 2 is the best. Legendary
The title voices for the GC versions (RE2, RE3, RECVX) are different from the original ones, so they can fit the title voice from REmake, RE0 and RE4 (2005). Btw, I really like more when they say "Biohazard" in all titles, but my favorites are RE3, RE5 and Revelations.
