What team should I cover next?
Auburn
Gamecocks
Illinois, Brett is cooking in Champaign
Maybe you can do an analysis of how all the PAC-12 teams might do in all their new conferences and what Oregon State and Wazzu are going to do about being kind of adrift….I know, a long video lol…

Brady Cook and Jalen Milroe are the only quarterbacks in the country who came close to beating Georgia the last two seasons. His two worst throws of the season came in the fourth quarters against UGA and LSU, both resulted in game-ending picks. If he improves, Mizzou is a sleeper natty contender...I have also seen enough hyped up Mizzou teams to know we could end up 8-4 and in the Alamo Bowl.
Perfect analysis
As a mizzou alum, I’m worried. They always do better when there’s no expectations
With that schedule the absolute floor is 7-5
@scooby-doofan1849 who tf they lose 5 games too only toss up is a&m and Oklahoma with an almost guaranteed but they could surprise loss to Alabama I don't see 3 losses much less 5
We've been fans longer than anyone associated with the team has been there. I've been a fan since before any of the players were born. We can't project our 5th downs onto these guys. They don't have the same history that we do.
Agree with 11-1 and playoff. Should be really good. It's built to last really don't think we'll fall off even next year.
They're not going 11-1 get their meat out of your mouth
Welp i always had respect for Mizzou, Mizzou has done pretty well in the SEC. Idc what anybody says about Cotton Bowl performance it still big time win. I expect them to be good again. Probably 9-3 or 10-2 🤷♂️
Brady Cook will finish a top 10 QB and get drafted.
In the 5h round
He'd be top-10 last year.
If they keep him upright he's getting a Heisman invite.
Never can tell about the NFL
Schrader was an UDFA.
Cook is tough, Team first guy. That sort of leadership goes a long way to making any given roster greater than the sum of it's parts
@@jmjones7897top 10?? lol get real
@jmjones7897 that's Brock Purdy (Mr. Irrelevant)
I'm really excited for the offense this year. I'm only cautiously optimistic about the defense.
On offense, I expect Brady Cook and the receiving corps to take another step forward. I also think Carroll and Noel will be very productive and may combine to eclipse Cody Schrader's production.
I say that mostly because I expect the offensive line to be very good. We've returned 3 out of 5 starters, and while it might hurt to lose guys like Javon Foster and Xavier Delgado, we arguably improve on the left side of the line with Bryant and Green added.
Defensive line should be interesting. At worst, I think the guys we have are solid, but there certainly is some higher-end potential with guys like Darris Smith and Williams Nwaneri.
At linebacker, I would expect to see a mixture of Newson, Chuck Hicks, and Kahlil Jacobs. Jacobs certainly has a leg up because he knows Batoon's system, and he also had the likes of Alabama going after him in the portal.
In the secondary, I think Norwood and Pride are both guys with NFL potential, so I'm not expecting a huge issue there. I also wouldn't be surprised if this is finally the position that works out for Ja'Marion Wayne. The safeties appear to be a solid group, and Burks has a ton of upside.
At kicker, Blake Craig was pretty highly regarded coming out of high school. I have no idea if he has a powerful leg, but I would expect him to be at least solid.
10 2 or 11 1 maybe 12 0 I’m so excited to watch us play Oklahoma again MIZ
Sam Pittman was the OL coach at MIZZOU my freshman year! Along with Bill Cubit as OC! They brought in Gary Pinkel, and that was a MAC connection! Yet Pittman, and Cubit left!
Hot take: (yes I’m a mizzou fan and biased) Brady Cook breaks out and goes in the first 2 days in the draft, LB3 goes top 10 possibly top 5 and Mizzou is one of the last 8 teams in the playoff
Ok, not to get too technical but you left out Heisman runner up Marvin Harrison jr also sitting out the game. But having said that, I overall agree that Mizos won the bowl game fair and square. Congratulation on Mizos ascending to the upper tier of college football. You guys remind me of U of Washington coming off the ‘22 season. Only 2 losses after a bad season and an Alamo bowl win over Texas. I honestly thought that was going to be our peak but what a ride in ‘23.
Be prepared for all the naysayers to belittle every win and ESPN to ignore your victories….Till they can’t. Good luck!
He didn’t matter if they didnt have McCord
@@Drollpanther maybe, maybe not.
I’m a mizzou fan from stl but now live in Orlando so I adopted UCF as well so it would be cool to get your take on them
Luv ur content.
I’m most happy with the depth they are adding. Last year was a great surprise, due in large part, to having an incredibly healthy year. Miz is no longer one injury away from a disaster season. Mizzou on the rise.
Sec champs 👀
Beasley won't see the field, not will any of the freshmen lb at linebacker.. Totally didn't mention Khalil Jacobs at Lb from South Alabama.. didn't mention Tristan Newsom either cmon son... He actually started last year
He did mention Newsom lol
Yeah my bad on the Newson whiff. He mentioned Jacobs as a transfer but I was more referring it him NOT mentioning him on the LB depth chart.
They have speed and speed kills.
MIZ-ZOU I love this team graduated from jeff city high school then graduated from mizzou I would love to catch a game with you
They also picked up Khalil Jacons at LB. Transfer from South Alabama
I think Mizzou will still be good but I think this defense lost a lot of elite talent and they lost Cody Schrader. But most of there schedule is pretty easy but I don’t think they will go 11-1 most likely 10-2. If Brady cooks can take a step up and become a top 5 QB I think anything is possible for Mizzou because of there elite WR room
THE LONGEST field goal
you cant tell me that mizzou didnt intentionally play vanilla offense the first two games in anticipation of KSU
We here!!!!!¡!!!!
The best wide receiver room in the country.
Best of luck to Mizzou and Coach Eli Drinkwitz. I didn’t like him after he shot off his mouth before the 2022 season about things that happened under previous Tennessee Coach Jeremy Pruitt, then acted unprofessionally after the 2023 win vs my Vols. He did a great job last season and explained his behavior last season and I wish he and the Tigers the best.
It’s been an interesting rivalry with those guys since they entered the SEC in 2012. Tigers aren’t on the slate the next 2 years, but it’ll be interesting to see what happens
11-2 not 11-1 .
NEBRASKA babyyy!!! GBR!
TAMU game is the kstate game all over again. Win and you have a lot of momentum but lose and it's all gone. Tbh I'm not confident they win it because we always seem to do bad when we have expectations. I feel like this team could go 12-0 but also go 8-4 lol
11/2
Since you trashed A&M it’s only fair to talk about our new and improved team.
MIZ
9-3 seems more likely. Bound to lose a game they're not supposed to lose. Texas A&M looks like the game.
Imo '24 Mizzou regresses a bit. Incredible portal-adds.
9-3
Mizzou will go 10-2
Lifelong Tennessee fan here. I enjoy your channel and also thought the Brad Smith and Chase Daniels years at Mizzou. I didn’t have any issues with Missouri football in the SEC until Eli Drinkwitz started running his mouth. He randomly started shooting off his mouth over NCAA violations committed under former coach Jeremy Pruitt and staff. While I don’t agree with Coach Heupel running up the score on Missouri in 2022, Drinkwitz needs to realize that shooting his mouth off will lead to things like that happening. He was offended and acted childish, like he hadn’t been there before after the win after the win vs my Vols last year. He’s a self proclaimed devout Christian, so he really ought to do the whole Golden Rule thing. Go Big Orange!!
Heupel ran the score up on us twice, I hope coach drink bitch slaps Heupel next time. lol Miz…
Dude slow down and pause every once in a while. Why are you so monotone and just rattling off thoughts without any emphasis? It gets to be such an effort to listen to when you don’t have a conversational approach.
tOSU was trash last year. They still woulda lost to Mizzou if Marv and the Syracuse QB both played. Anyone telling you otherwise either didnt watch football last year or drinks the buckeye koolaid.
Ball knower.
NWO 🐯
The best Mizzou team ever went to the Cotton Bowl 😂
What’s so funny?
And why is winning the cotton bowl so funny? That's a major accomplishment with one of the most storied bowl game in cfb and is a ny6 bowl. That's huge for smaller programs
@@KingKyle_1996 exactly and the fact that Mizzou was supposed to be
Nothing that year big accomplishment
This wasn’t MIZZOU’s best team ever. Probably 4th best in the past 20 years.
@@scottgraham1055 2007 wasn’t the best team ever? 🤡 it was very easily the best team ever.

As a life long fan, I stomached Woody/Stull, and been to alot of games over the years......however, I think Cook got lucky because of wr & rb play.....he is an average QB AT BEST.....I think we will lose to bama, ou, texas a&m and miss....8-4.....WE WILL NOT LOSE THE S Carolina game..... SC IS TERRIBLE
You think we lose to Mississippi State???? lol
