- I have purchased a 1985 Sears Wish Book, and in this series, we'll be looking through it. As we do the Goodwill jewelry bag videos, we'll be alternating between whispered and soft spoken videos.
In this video, we'll be exploring watches, girls' fashions, and a few other odds and ends for kids. The very end features a few of the men's clothing items.
I hope you enjoy looking through this old catalog with me. It has 600+ pages, so there's more to come! :)

I'm surprised you don't remember Cougar boots. That brand was huge back then. Oh, and you HAD to match the colour of your socks with your pants, top, or other accessories. 😄

Mary! Oh my! As children of the late 80s/90s/early ‘00s, my brother and I went nuts over Casio and Swatch watches! What a dream….My fiancé actually “treated” himself to a Casio calculator watch recently.
I was fortunate enough to receive some Swatches from my Mom when she’d come back from Europe!
But those Rainbow Brite and My Lil Pony Watches are to die for :)

I remember having an Armitron calculator watch that I really begged for because it had also Space Invaders on it. As I recall, the video game was very primitive, I was proud of it nonetheless.
Oh yes, 1985, the year of my prom :o) I remember those puffy boots as well, and that page at 20:00? That was me even in high school - what we called "carrot" pants (bc of the shape), loose sweathers, neat little colllars, head bands (or scarves) and big earrings :o)

Just a tiny request to maybe put something under the book to avoid the glare? Other than that, the vid is perfect. ❤️
I do have something under it, and I have been unable to completely eliminate the glare. The pages are extremely glossy.

You forgot the toys and electronics. (the watch section does not count). They were the best part of the Wish book...
We haven't gotten there yet. Perhaps you were unaware that I started at the beginning of this catalogue and am working my way through it.
