    - Introduction to catching climber’s fall after falling off the wall and the reasons why it should be trained quite often;
    - Static and dynamic belaying;
    - Catching falls from the first bolt;
    - “Take” above the bolt - safe ways to avoid climber hitting to the wall;
    - Dynamic ways of catching the fall;
    - Climber’s commands and phrases and belayer’s behaviour before and during the climber’s fall;
    - Safe ways of falling off the wall depending on the situation - including distance to the ground, protruding elements of the rock, as well as belayer’s location towards the last bolt, both in a vertical and a horizontal surface;
    - Climber’s behaviour during the fall, as well as its slowdown;
    - A psychological aspect of lead climbing and ways of dealing with the fear of falling off the wall;
    - Comfortable and safe ways of training falling off the wall and catching climber’s falls;
    - Influence of falling off the wall on the consumption of the rope and ways of reducing it;
    - Impact of multiple falls on the property of shock-absorption of the rope;
    - Examples of different falls (including very long ones), caught smoothly and safely by the belayer with the use of presented techniques of dynamic belaying.
    Rock climbing is an extreme sport, and presented materials cannot replace a practical climbing training course. Polish School of Alpinism does not take responsibility for the application of presented materials in real life situations.
