Hi, See before TPS54335-2A, this is a 5V standby PWM. Lift its inductance off the board and measure the short circuit across the capacitors. If the TPS54335-2A output is short-circuited, remove it and supply a Chinese dc-dc board of at least 3A. Good luck !
