Excellent video! Discovered that I had the white ring installed 180 degrees off. Be sure the "thick bump" is on the bottom!!!

What is the size of the tool needed to remove the handle screw?

I have the same problem as David. I removed the set-screw but the handle doesn't come out. Is there something else has to be done before the handle can come out? Please help!

Great video. My Ladylux suddenly developed a streaming hot water leak from the spout...as if the hot water was partially open. I replaced the cartridge with a genuine Grohe one, but the leak was unchanged. I suspect that it is leaking internally behind the flat plate that the cartridge seals against. I see that it appears screwed on. Is it removable and are there replaceable seals back there? The parts diagram doesn’t appear to show this part. Any suggestions? I’d hate to have to replace the whole faucet for this. Thanks for your attention.

I installed a new cartridge. Fits perfectly, but I am barely getting any hot or cold water out at the sprayer. Very little. The water supply lines are not leaking, the water is turned all the way up, the sprayer hose is connected and not leaking, but very little water is coming out. Something is wrong. The three water/valve holes are lined up perfectly. Any suggestions?

do you have a suggestion how to convert the 10 mm grohe water supply line to regular American supply line?

Problem solved. Sprayer filter/screen filled up with junk when water was turned back on. Cleaned it out and everything seems fine.

Thanks for this video. Is there a trick to removing the handle after you remove the set-screw? Should it pull right out? Mine seems to be stuck, or clipped into position... HELP!

Tap on the end of the handle with a rubber mallet. Hit it in the direction the allen screw came off. It gets jammed on there with corrosion and deposits
