Hello new subscriber. I have been looking for a channel like I just recently chopped my hair off. So your videos are helping me so much with caring for my hair.
I hope someone can answer my question here. I had my hair bleach about a week and a half ago but it was left brassy and yellow. I tried toning it today and it came out brown. I went to a professional to get it done and she told me that sometimes some people hair doesn't lift. I don't know what to do now because this is the second time I have gone to this person and the same result have happened. She wanted me to come back to her in another week to redo everything. I used a toner with 20 developer and left it on for 30 minutes. I also used purple shampoo after it was bleach and it did lightening it up some but now like I said it's a dark brown, I am about to just give up and think platinum hair is just not cut of for me.
Me and you are on the same page, length wise.... Right now, I have Adore Honey Brown (looks like a Khaki Brown) on my bleached hair (it's 1.25-1.5 inches) I had light yellowish hair for 2 weeks! I will regrow and then I will only blonde highlight when its longer! Hopefully my last big chop!
Came out nice but you should apply toner to damp hair.

It says use 10 volume. What would be the difference between using a 10 volume or a 20 volume ?

So with the toner it doesn’t leave your roots a different color with even with the 20 volume
I can't even get my hair to go that light... please help.
