May I ask why the Eclipse protocol mixes the PRP and PPP as the final result for 'point of care'?

This is a really bad PRP video:
the white in the tube is lighter than red blood cells but heavier than everything else. So, during the spin, red blood cells centrifuge to the bottom while the white floats up and creates a barrier between them and everything else. That is why extraction takes place without a needle - the solution is platelets + a LOT of plasma = platelet poor plasma. What you want from this procedure is platelets + little plasma = PRP.
Shop around for MDs and ask them what kits they use. This one is a terrible kit. I had 4 mL of PRP injected from 60mL of blood drawn. So .6mL Platelets + 3.4mL plasma. What you see in this video is .11mL Platelets + 4.89mL plasma.

right? I've had plenty of blood coagulate immediately after being drawn. And not to mention they take their sweet time to spin the blood in this video. Might as well get a coffee before spinning.
