Sir I am eating veggies and fruits and salad from past 3 months I was 90kg now I am 70 kg ... I had BP problem and now I am very healthy my blood pressure is normal .. May be that guy is suffering from some other health issues..

I am always skeptical of doctors giving diet advice. Medical doctors are not trained in the area of nutriton (they receive nutrition as an elective in college) the gov does not want you to eat healthy because then you'd come to know that healthy food is your medicine.

So even gym goers cut out them for fat loss and aesthetic muscle definition/"cutting".
But most people eat fruits,rice,roti,shakes,cakes, icecream,pizza for emotional regulation,pain relief etc unconsciously. So to kick the habit,the trigger must be identified first.

It's always the doctors on youtube. My local doctor tell me to eat more vegetables and stay away from carbs and junk foods. Doctors on youtube always say the opposite because I serious believe they ain't real doctors. They really trying to harm people.
This balance diet narrative promoted by lazy doctors should come to an end. You need to do research, observe people , educate yourself and then have opinions. It’s very disappointing, people have reversed that chronic illness from following certain diets and we still have doctors like you.
I was vegan for 3 1/2 years and went from 289 to 185…that’s all I ate. This is completely wrong and would agree with someone else in the comments and say that the person is suffering with some other health issues. There’s NO WAY you’re eating fruits and veggies only and you aren’t losing weight. Impossible!

I don't know what you're on about but eating only fruits and veggies are definetly making you lose weight. It's not like its some sort of chocolate.
But if you make bad combinations, sour with sweet, etc, you wont lose weight so make sure to do sweet with sweet fruit combinations

Worked for me! 🙋🏽♀️My family and I are currently on a 31 day fruit only diet and we’ve all lost weight. As of day-20, my boyfriend was down 14 pounds and I was down 10 pounds. We’ve been eating a lot on pineapples, berries, cherries, mangoes, kiwis, pears, bananas, raisins, dates, zucchini, cucumber, tomatoes, sweet peppers, and a bit of avocado. This fast has been eye-opening and we’re excited to extended this way of living in our lifestyle in the future with added veggies, cleaner “grains”, seeds, nuts, legumes, etc.
I’ve been on a 98% raw fruit diet for 4 months. My blood is now normal. I also lost 40 pounds. It seems to work for me.

I followed this diet for 28 days
I used to eat whatever I want dosa,idli,rice roti with in calory count. Avoided sugar and milk.and
With in 8 hour window I used to have 2 meals around 10am nd 5pm...sometimes
A fruit in afternoons.trust me this diet definitely works.

Every morning 5:30am I eat a 2 plums, 1 apple, 1 orange and a L of water (320 calories) At 8am I have an oatmeal plain (200 calories). Then for lunch I’ll have a grilled chicken salad with nuts and raisins (500 calories). Around 4pm-5pm I’ll have 8 oz of smoked Trout (300 calories) around 6:30-7:00 I’ll have another 200 calories. I’ll drink about 4-5L of water through out the day.
These docs wont have a job if people only knew the miracles of fruit diet😎

To bypass this issue what I do is I have bowl of plain oats mixed with whey protein (flavoured for taste) in the morning. I add crushed almonds, sprinke some cinnamon powder, cashews (kaaju) and kishmis. It tastes damn good and is more than enough to contribute as a source of complex carbs, healthy fat and and other factors. After this, whole day I am on salads. I am loosing good weight and shaping my physique well.

This is NOT true!!! I lost 37lbs in 5 weeks going raw (veggies water fruit) in fact the COMPLETE OPPOSITE happened to me!!!! I actually had more energy than I’ve ever had in my life!!! I use to wake up tired I started waking up happy and my 🍆 would be hard as a 🧱 my blood pressure got into the normal range and my mental clarity increased DRASTICALLY!!! Before I couldn’t focus for 💩 😂😂😂

If one eats fruit like bananas too much the weight is surely going up. You cant be on fruit diet and eat 20 to 30 fingers of banana a day and expect any weight loss

That's funny but your lieing I've lost weight eating fruits and vegetables. I never gained weight I went from 248 to 190 in like 1 months and a half. I drink lots of water no soda, 🥤nothing but fruits and vegetables and I do yoga, and go walking for about 30 minutes to a hour and I eat only 1 meal a day. And if you feel like your gonna have vitamin deficiency then try to eat protein shakes, protein bars and take vitamins along with. I don't though and I'm healthy 😊
