Anonymous (15th century) - Solis prǽvia | Schola OP | LAT, EN, CS sub

Latin anonymous polyphonic composition originating in the Czech lands in the 15th century. Performed by a female three-part singing voice.
The oldest record of this composition can be found in the so-called Jindřichův Hradec Gradual (Gradual of the Literary Brotherhood in Jindřichův Hradec) from 1491: digi.ceskearchivy.cz/130367/6...
Verses 2 and 7 were added afterwards from another song "Plena gracia nevorum inscia", while others (see link above) were omitted.
Recorded on October 21, 2023 in the Basilica of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary at St. Kopecek near Olomouc. The project was funded by donations donace.cz/scholaop
