Have you ever looked at propylene glycol and chloride?
Reducing both as much as possible and diet has changed my life.
I am controlling a lot of my diagnosed illnesses including Crohn’s disease, 23yrs. vitb12 deficiency approx 20years. , psoriasis 55years, asthma25yrs. restless leg, migraines, joint problems, soft tissue problems, acid reflux. And more.
All long term. And I can control everything 100%
It’s tough, and I fail sometimes and suffer again.
Unfortunately my mental health is quite bad because of it all.
