I like playing that myself and have never had an issue with it The problem with this guy is that he goes into games with the intention of ruining others experiences, he specifically targets people and brags about not letting them play the game, and goes out of his way to be as INTENTIONALLY toxic as possible to the survivors, all because he lost his previous games. He could have played as any killer and camped in the basement and it would have been the same thing
well in all regards, weak argument in my opinion...as survivor I don't really care about basement bubba with good or bad intentions since it's ruining my game with or without those, either be consistent and don't play it or don't bring it that poorly in your arguments

Intention doesn't matter if the gameplay itself is the same the only difference is he picks his target before the match starts. This in itself isn't an issue the being offended because you were picked is a reach the same can be said when a survivor goes into a match with the intention of not allowing the killer to get a hook would this also be considered malice.

I love it too when they bring party streamers and then I pay close attention to who has been hooked how many times and hook them all twice and then let them go. they gave me enough bloodpoints by bringing four party streamers, and I don't really care about "winning" (by the game/community standards; I consider it winning if I've had fun, which I can have without getting kills).
that's my mindset too! Not that I SWF (no friends that play this game lol) but I can tell when my teammates are in a duo or trio so I like to bring some offerings for the killer too :)

Hey, Aaron! I am MrBonusPoint, the Rebecca in the first part of that video, in Round 1. Let me tell your viewers what also happened. I went in there with my friend, Frisky&Risky (Felix). I was just focusing on gens. In fact, I don't believe I ever ran into the killer until after that last gen was popped (by me). The NOED lit up right in front of me after I popped the gen. I cleansed the totem, then helped the other survivors. I watched his stream later, and I noted (as you did) that he focused on Feng Min and kept slugging her for bringing in a flashlight. I brought in a toolkit to sabotage the hook which I used when he was going to hook Felix (and note that the other "toxic" survivors had exited the match). After Felix wiggled off, I body blocked to allow Felix a chance to escape, which is why I was injured from taking the hit. From my perspective, it was an heroic escape! After the match, I'm pretty sure I thanked him for the match (which I usually do) and went into his stream. You notice I Followed his stream. I tried to defend myself and my friend, and didn't know why he called me and my friend (Felix) names (until I watched his stream later the next day). Incidentally, one of his other friends from his stream came into my stream and said that he gets irritated easily, but he's an alright guy. The reason I watched his stream later in the first place was because I was really confused that he attacked me like that for no reason. I don't generally run into toxic streamers or players like that. Most are friendly and gracious. He really brought me down. I'm glad KatTheGemini posted so you could see it. Yeah, I guess I was one of the a-holes who ruined this guy's day, but he rained on mine, too. Really no excuse for his behavior.
That person who came into your stream was a mod of his I believe and actually came back and told him that you didn’t do anything wrong and that you were okay. He completely brushed it off, didn’t apologise and basically ignored what they said 😅

Ironically, the thing that inspired me to become a killer main was how nice and lenient the killers tend to be, like running into the killers that go "Oh they got a bunch of escape cakes, I'm not gonna waste them and let them win the match!"
I've seen killers that made sure they only double hooked everyone and then called it a day when multiple BPS were brought. And I've done that myself as killer numerous times. So to see the polar opposite is absolute baffling to me.
@@Awesometrax It's not baffling, it's being toxic. For some people, the only true goal they have is being evil to people and getting off on doing so. They couldn't care if you gave them a million bloodpoints, their only goal is to be toxic and to make people suffer, and to get off on it.
When the team brings multiple BPS, I try to help them rack up score. That doesn't mean I won't try to 4k them, it just means I try to make sure they all get to collect enough saves, stuns, etc. to get a nice score. If they're playing BPS, they're probably after points, right?
@@ColinRixon when im farming and there's 2 survivors on death hook left, instead of hooking , i slug one and then wait at a corner of the map til the other pick them up so I can get more chase and hit points. I avoid hooking at that point until either i max what categories are possible, or when they are about to bleed out as letting them bleed out is wasted bloodpoints. Im very OCD when it comes to my grind.
I'll never forget that game I played against a Deathslinger on midwich once Where he chased me for a very long time and tried two hooking me out of the game Which is fair enough I didn't teabag or any bm and thanks to my friend who found a key in a chest I managed to get hatch at the end Forward *_6 months_* really quick and I go against a Nemesis on swamp that brought lethal pursuer and focussed me and only me the entire game to the point where my entire team was trying to get his attention I get facecamped, hit on hook without interruption and nodded into oblivion After the game ends In EGC I get ,,EZ" and ,,get fucked toxic shit-" and other insults thrown my way directed at my username Only to find out that It was the same killer from 6 months ago I didn't even remember who he was before I saw that profile again Absolute insanity what some players are willing to in this game
I can't imagine holding such a petty grudge for 6 months, even as a petty person like the worst I'd do is give you a tap on hook or nod while moonwalking away to reply if I think someone is being toxic/wanting excessive attention
The only thing to do when u face this type of toxic people, is to block them. At least u won't have to play with them anymore or at least less often. I dont play killer, but I also block survivor teammates that instantly DC when things don't go their way in early game.

People like this guy are the reason why I never bring and flans or bloody party streamers because whenever I do, I get tunneled out and/or facecamped, so now I just hoard them :3
THIS. I say this all the time and new people I play with don't believe me when I tell them 7/10 times, a Flan or BPS gets me thrown out the game. I have so many on my main that I barely use, now. Its really sad that some people have that mentality. I tell my fiancé about some of the ridiculous excuses people come up with to ruin other people's games, and he says he never wants to be play this game, because its "shitty." Its not the devs that are going to kill this game; the community is.
@@cheekintenders absolutely. The people are the worst part of the game. I always say "I love the game but I hate the people in it" which is sad. The only reason I keep playing is because I’ve met some amazing people and that makes up for all the negativity.
I was playing VHS and talking on voice chat with someone who admitted they purposely ruin survivors' games and main a basement bubba build, and was adamant he was somehow justified or even righteous to do so. Keep in mind this guy was playing teen - the equivalent of survivor - in VHS at the time, so he wasn't some weird killer-only player with no idea about survivor experience, he was just an asshole.
This streamer is so unreal to me. I am a very empathetic person and I can understand a lot of reasons for doing something, like tunneling or else in DBD. But this, this is something even I can't explain in a right way. In general, if I get stomped by the survivors playing killer ( I am playing about 80% of my games as survivor myself) I accept it and even give credit to the survivors or, if I get a down after the last gen pops, drag the survivor to an exit and let them leave. Especially if they did a really good job at looping. I know way to well how it feels to die like that and I am too nice most of the times I guess. But insulting or harassing someone for doing something I don't like is nothing that would come to my mind.
the difference is you are empathetic as a killer to survivors because you yourself basically are a survivor main 80% of games played as a survivor, but are you equally empathetic to a struggling killer i will go out on a limb and say no. I say this because survivors cry when they get a dc early game if the killer dont let them all escape and those same players will stomp on a killer and never once think to give the killer a kill
I am very empathetic to both sides, even as a survivor main, if I am playing killer and survivors play well I let them leave, if I am playing survivor and someone DCs I don't expect the killer to let me leave, and if I am alive when the gates are open I will almost always offer myself up to the killer, I don't care about escaping (unless I am doing an escape challenge which is rare for me), I have more fun trying different builds (usually meme ones) and trying to get better at looping, I'd rather everyone get bloodpoints and have a good time, it's a game after all
@@damadhattahttv I play more survivor than killer and I am always empathetic to a struggling killer. I will give them hooks or even let them kill me in the end. But if they start hitting me on hook after I showed them kindness, then all bets are off. And I've had that happen before. My point is, just because you play more of one side than the other, does not mean you can't be empathetic to the side you play less.
Holy balls. I've been playing this game for over 2 years now and I've never actually heard ANYONE, killer or survivor, say "I hope we can get a depip." I have no idea why that struck a nerve in me, but it did. I never ever want anyone to suffer that in this game. Even when I'm killer, I still try and let them get points and hopefully do enough so they safety. So sad that someone can be that mad.
I was drinking my coffee while watching this video but when I heard the reason why this person decided to ruin another groups game which is "Bloody party streamers" I immediately spit out my coffee in surprise and burst out laughing! Hell im the oopsite, i try to be nice to survivors most games if i see they are struggling, and only really sweat if the game isnt going my way. But i also sometimes accept a loss and let all 4 survivors leave

Whenever I play in a skilled 4 man swf, I insist we bring streamers so that if it is a difficult game for the killer, they at least get some mad bp from it. Most of the time, the group will agree because THEY want the mad bp but I more do it for the killer's sake than anything.
He did this exact thing to another streamer I am friends with as well. Even messaged my friend through their work email trying to get a rise out of them. He's just a sad little man who can't get attention any other way. I feel bad for him honestly. (Edit) I just checked his Twitter cause I was curious. He's doing the same thing to Aaron. I’m not surprised to see this. I genuinely hope the TTV changes his ways because I know he can be better in this community. I went against him (back in September) when he was survivor and I was killer and I let him out because he was playing my favourite survivor. I followed his Twitch after that and very occasionally tuned into them, but I never saw any salt. Every time I popped in he was super nice and happy to see me. I saw the clip Kat posted of when she went against him and I was severely disappointed. I’ve played with Kat in my lobby before and she’s nothing but nice. I went into his next stream and told him I’m no longer going to be supporting him because I can’t support negativity in DBD since there’s already so much. The response I got was his friend (who he was duoing with, and is also his mod) say that “there is way worse toxicity in the community, what (insert streamer name here) is doing isn’t that bad” like… as if that makes it any better? And then he banned me even though I was unfollowing anyways. Plus the TTV brags about that clip going around saying that they’ve gotten more fans and attention towards them. What’s even funnier, is that friend/mod of theirs I previously mentioned, I found them commenting under SpooknJukes’ latest salt video and they were saying that “people usually think ttvs are bad when they’re nice, I recently had someone harass my ttv friend saying they were toxic” and I responded saying hi 👋 I know you’re talking about me! And they deleted the comment lmao

When I first started playing the game, the only time I'd see Bloody party streamers was against a troll squad, who spent the whole game flashlighting me, head-onning me, body-blocking me, etc. And they would all swarm around me at the same time. Back then, I wasn't good enough to counter that playstyle like I can now, so seeing Bloody Party Streamers has a negative effect on me, cuz as a killer I have to ask myself "Is this a nice guy or a guy wanting to troll" Just wanted to offer my view on the whole situation. Dont get me wrong, I'm not like this guy where I view it as toxic. It just fills me with dread as a killer to see that offering lmao
@@mrskeletone5008 I get that, but what you have to take into account is, not everyone is like that. I bring BPS on both killer and survivor because I want points. People should take how survivors and killers act as an individual. Not everyone is out to make your game bad or hard.
I love bringing party streamers, just because it means everyone gets more bp!! It isn’t that deep. When I see 3-4 party streamers, I’ll usually be less aggressive and let survivors mess around more :)
This guy is clever. He's hiding his toxicity behind a jovial tone and attitude. Even when he's talking smack he's being up-beat and outgoing about it. Complimenting people while insulting them and so on. I'm not going to bother with the psychology of that but rather point out, to me, personally, that's disturbing on multiple levels. All in all a solid report on someone, magnificent execution in telling the story.

@@NekoLilyK It’s mostly an indication of self righteousness. Everything done to him is toxic while everything he does is justified in his eyes. It’d be close to being a sociopath if he didn’t react at all, but everything is done out of clear malice; so he’s just straight up awful.
@NekoLilyK also, it's a "second chance" to defend themselves. If someone will really fuck them up, this kind of people say something like "hey bro it was just a joke, you see I was laughing and even made you a compliment, it's just the way talk and make fun". It's a basic manipulation to make you feel stupid and overreacting, you'll rewatch his clips and get a thought like "oh he is really talking in a funny tone and here he made a compliment to me, maybe I am really oversensetive". Mostly, people with this kind of toxicity are cowards and they are afraid they will get f-ed for the things they say. What about this streamer exactly, he's afraid to get banned, so he is using this "second chance" in order to defend himself once Twitch is gonna ban him.
Nice that ur making this video. Im getting tryhard killers very often and I think they do the same. Bad game=go to the next and make the game miserable for survivors who didnt do anything.
I try to make every side have fun no matter if I lose or not I even troll but I still lose with it now and then but I don't take it out on other groups. But if I'm playing as killer and a survivor is being toxic to their survivor teammate's on purpose I'll hook them until second stage because I don't like when survivors be toxic to their survivor teammate's on purpose but if it's accident I'll just slug then to go find someone else and they get up and I'm like yay more fun for bp

If I see someone trolling their team, I go out of my way to tunnel and camp them, the amount of times i've had a troll survivor playing surv has tilted me, usually i'll camp them out of the game and let the survs finish gens and get out. Likewise if someone rage quits after I down them first chase. I just let everyone finish gens and get the survs to drop pallets etc.

Aaron, you'd love how I pay it forward . . . A little bit of context: I typically try to just 2 hook everyone then, if there's still gens left, I'll meme about with them. I've been playing since beta, so I like to just make my own fun in the game. I like to be a lighthearted breathe of fresh air in the fog! Now, that said, if I have s surv "Obey the Meme" ie boop the snoot, poke the clown's belly, etc., then I'll forgo the hooking on them and just go instantly into meme mode and I have yet to have anyone complaint about the fun times I bring into the game. If I'm on my Demo, and someone brings in and USES Pebble, then I immediately go into Fetch Mode and will bring them another survivor to heal. Edit: It turns out I'm already following Kat, I faced her in October when I was doing Scratched Mirror Month. The Jumpscares I gave her were PRICELESS!!! and then I hung out in her chat for the next 2.5 hours, just chilling, and paying forward the wholesomeness and keeping people's sprits high.
Tbagging doesn't even phase me anymore the annoying part is them waiting for you to show up to leave. It can backfire on them if they get too cocky, I love leading a survivor far enough away from the gate that I can down them and hook them.
@@shaggyplays5210 I am surprised by how many people complain about survivors waiting at the gate and how it is perceived as bad manners. I used to often wait for the killer at the gate to say goodbye, sort of. I don't tbag(cause pressing ctrl is mean for some unknown reason). Usually just nod a few times, and leave. Maybe give a final hit. Same as killer, I usually go to the gate to nod/ring a bell/tbag/spam power to say goodbye, and feel ignored when the survivors don't wait up. It's sad that mean players ruin the possibility of funny final interaction for more positive players.
I played against a streamer once as killer on GOJ as Pig, the ttv was “Deathmetal Tv” or something like that, and he was playing as a bloody Yoichi. He was decent, but he had a tendency to tbag at pallet drops, pointed at me and did other annoying shit while I was playing as Pig on one of the least enjoyable maps for killer. Fortunately, he made several mistakes and I managed to get him, not only that but I kept consistent pressure on the team and managed to secure either a 4K or 3k, can’t remember which. As for our ttv, I placed a trap on him on death hook thinking that he wasn’t dead yet, and when I killed him, I was actually surprised and disappointed I wasted a trap on him. After the match he left a message on my profile, saying I was bad and using a bunch of salt emojis. However, months later, me and a buddy of mine were playing on mother’s dwelling against a Wesker, and he *immediately* focused me out, but he wasn’t exactly a great Wesker, so I looped him for a little before he got me, and I got tunneled out in the first minute or two of the game. Same thing happened to Jake, leaving only Jeff and my friend left. Now my friend kept hiding around the map, going into lockers because he would down Jeff, then pick him up and walk around the map with him, trying to use awakened awareness to find my friend so he could get a 4K, but Jeff kept wiggling off to make it harder for him to move around the map, eventually forcing him him kill Jeff. My friend managed to get hatch, and we took his 4K from him. After the match, he massaged my friend and told her that she was a hiding dog, or something like that. Yeah, real piece of shit he is, I don’t even care that I used his ttv name, some people shouldn’t have a platform with that kind of behavior. Edit: sorry, the Wesker was the steamer I faced, Deathmetal, forgot to say that in my original comment.

I was hella toxic till the Oni chapter where i quitted dbd. After a few years i came back during Wesket chapter and i became hella chill. As a killer i either play hella friendly or i just play normally and whenever i get mad i blame myself for committing mistakes. Sometimes i even think i play dbd to stay calm irl which is kinda weird/funny lmao
I hope these streamers see themselves in your vids, and then realize how ridiculous their actions and attitudes are so they can correct their behaviour. Sadly, I doubt that will ever happen based on how bizarre they tend to act and think.
I have only played DBD a handful of times, but what I have learned from these ttvs is "if you don't let me win with no effort, you are toxic" which is a puzzling stance to take in a competitive game.
Personally as a survivor main I am TERRIFIED when someone brings BPS for this reason. You'd be surprised at the amount of killers hard-tunneling and camping when such farming offerings are brought in. I have no goddamn idea why but at this point I consider the item cursed and never bring any (or shit my pants when other people do)
I literally played a match on RPD against this same guy. Popped into his stream right after and heard his comment stating, “envelopes are just as sweaty as BPS.”
Kinda wish the devs put in a “rematch” feature so that if someone is angry over a match they can just play against the player or players that made them angry and spare the innocent people who did nothing

Like bringing bloody party streamers = next survivor lobby having to suffer from a basement bubba. It's way more extreme than bringing an offering that isn't even toxic. I don't get the BPS thing. Whenever I see that I'm happy cause I get a lot of BP to help level up my characters. The idea that BPS is toxic and sweaty is insane.
Usually people only play r. Whenever they're in a full swif. . same with a event cake 🍰🎂 or flaun. But this doesn't mean they're going to be toxic or hateful. I've farmed with some people who played group offerings cuz it's clear they want BP.
I remember I tagged you in this. Glad you made a video on it. This is the type of person that I don't think hears and understands the words coming out of his own mouth regarding toxic. I'm all for any play style that you want but when I saw the initial clip he took his aggressions out of the game and that was too much for me. I have found that since I started watching yours videos I've kept myself in check way more. I was never super salty but I definitely go into the mindset of just having fun no matter what happens. I had a few games where I was tunneled and camped yesterday and it didn't bother me at all when last year I would have been more tilted. Makes this game a lot more enjoyable, that's for sure.
Edit: I get mad IN that game sure and tunnel and do whatever to make them not have fun like me, but bringing that anger to people that had NOTHING to do with it. Isn’t cool, and if you do that, you should rethink your decisions. 😊

i have to say ive started playing dbd not to long ago and u just make me be a better person every time i watch u, not only in real life but also in game and i have to say i am trying to pay it forward but not in a negative way but a positive way and i always have fun in my games as a killer main no matter how toxic they might be and always make sure i make someone else's day. thank u for being so nice and such an inspiration xxx
I hate killers with this mindset. I don’t main survivor or killer, I play both pretty regular, I do get mad with ACTUAL toxic survivors/hackers, but like you said, people sabotaging a hook is just a survivor playing their role. ALSO t bagging at the end gate isn’t something I consider toxic, yes it prolongs the game but with me being a console player with no EGC, it’s my version of GG (whether I’m killer or survivor) In other words, this streamer is honestly just trash Edit: upon watching more of the video, the party streamer thing is just dumb af. Sometimes I get angry when playing killer (or survivor), but I try not to take it out on the next group. In rare cases, I failed (and that was when I was a noob), but usually I just take a break if the frustration is too much. I remember that in one match where there was still the "old" DS where you had 60s of invincibility, a killer said that he tunneled me because I "abused" DS by hopping in a locker. Why did I go to the locker? Because he was tunneling and slugging me before and I was on death hook. Yes. I got tunneled because of DS, before I used DS. Anotherone was also quite funny. The killer claimed that he tunneled me out because "you guys were genrushing". I was the poor dude who got chased before I could even touch a gen (thanks to Lethal Pursuer). I was dead before 2 gens were done. Yeah.
I like how different channels are either on the killer or survivor side and its either (salty killer main) or (salty survivor main) it really shows the giant divide between the community

Crazy thing is, I just finished watching your video and right as it ended, it put me in a game where I feel like the knight got angry because survivors were outplaying him. He started camping and hitting on the hook, and just dancing around in front of the hook. Like it was somehow me and the Feng's fault for what happened? I'm in awe at this game every time i turn it on now. *Edit* What happened was i think he got stunned by either the nea or the Steve that was playing as well, and that pissed him off or whatever. He ended up getting Feng, and they rescued her off but because he couldn't catch anyone else, he went for Feng again, and he snatched me up when i went back to try and save her because i saw him hitting her on the hook like she somehow did something wrong. How is it her fault that YOU couldn't get anyone else?
oh shit I've 100% gone against this dude before lol. I remember specifically him playing Bubba, and at the end counting the "second chance perks" which I found incredibly odd but said GGs anyway, he wasnt particularly mean to me but I didnt stick around. Little did he know there was one less 'second chance perk' and one less perk over all because I literally am so dumb and cant use DH at all so. I recognized the voice instantly along with the "second chance" phrasing
A lot killers play this way and make excuses to play this way then complain about dead Huuurd! I’m glad someone is shedding some light on how alot of these killers play and why solos needed the UI buff. I had a hubris spirit fury Bubba complain and accuse me of being a SWF because he wasn’t being able to catch some random nea because I burned garden of joy. I usually dont go to the gate when i know i lost bc its just gona be everyone teabaggin me. And its sad how many people wait for you to come at the exit gate

I am surprised by how many people complain about survivors waiting at the gate and how it is perceived as bad manners. I used to often wait for the killer at the gate to say goodbye, sort of. I don't tbag(cause pressing ctrl is mean for some unknown reason). Usually just nod a few times, and leave. Maybe give a final hit. Same as killer, I usually go to the gate to nod/ring a bell/tbag/spam power to say goodbye, and feel ignored when the survivors don't wait up. It's sad that mean players ruin the possibility of funny final interaction for more positive players.
I always leave if there's no point in staying, at all. I only stay if some of my teammates might need a protection hit or to goof around with them (which is rarely). But never till the very last second, that's a waste of time. Everyone who's not dead already is out? Okay, GG next match!

Sadly the last months everytime I decide to use a bloody party streamers I usually get reck by the killer or tunneled and camped. So i dont bring that offering anymore :S idk why but I clearly see a difference in actitude when I do than when I dont. So I just dont do It anymore. Its not worth the bloodpoints to only get to the killer. But to be Fair the last 2 months I have encountered much more tunnelers and campers killer than in all the time I have been playing this Game. So maybe its just a meta thing. Idk. It happens. For those killer mains getting offended. I only count tunneling and camping as something I dont defend when its done at the beginning of a Game. Like saying "you". Downing the surv. Camping. If the surv gets unhook automatically going for them again like crazy to get him out of the Game as soon as posible. Camping and tunneling in endgame of when there are only 1 or 2 gens its normal and a Fair tactic to try to keep the preassure. I just like a chance to everyone to play in a match. Idc if I die in the end if I could do stuff. Like a gen. Loop a little.

I love otzdarva cuz he makes the game wholesome. Watching him makes me cool down as a killer and go oh well played ggs instead of being mad I got looped I’ll be like damn that guy played well I should have abandoned chase and chased somebody else around a less safe loop ya know.
Ikr watching streamers has made me just not care about the individual games as much. This game is so much more fun once you're not caring about it and just having a good time regardless.
I mean its frustrating when survivors pop of gens back to back, hide absurdly well, and you cant catch them in low mmr but never frustrating to this TTVs extent. Ive almost given up on killer for the time being because even on low rank and low mmr i cant get better when going against gen rushing, constant heals, etc. multiple games in a row it gets hard to get better. But yeah im still positive when playing like its a game lol
@@frgogi3485 I've ran both. Endgame perks I have trouble with since they heal fast and I avoid camping at all costs so even if everyone's on second hook, they manage to get out because there's 4 of them all healthy, taking hits etc. I've had some luck with a mix of Dead Man's, Jolt, Ruin, and Discord on Freddy with dream pallets and Aura reading for the dropped pallets. Been wanting to use the add on that makes all gens bleed when you teleport to one but it means no canceling so that's why i stick do discord because it always makes at least one hop off and activate dead man's and ruin then I get jolt value usually and the survivors almost never know when it's dream pallets. But even then those games usually end in a 3k because once they're pretty sure I have discord and dead man's they split off, heal up sometimes, stick longer on gens to prevent dead man's, and find the totem for ruin. Survivors are crazy good in some lobbies so I've taken time to play survivor to learn more about the other side and get my killer game play better

man, these videos just prove my point. most people who play this game can't play right or without bias. if a survivors is hiding by hook and killer see, its NOT camping. if you get farmed in front of a killer then tunneling is ok. like a couple years ago survivors started holding eachother accountable and it just died off. hell taking bt hit is dumb, why would i hit you then hit your healthy savior twice instead of waiting out your bt and tunneling you? BT is to avoid tunneling so dont force a killer to hit and then cry. As for killers, they assume they need to be assholes t everyone because they got a good squad or they run really sad perks that just destroy solo and enforce swf. tunneling and camping at the start due to whatever reason. like people do different things in this game for different reasons but nobody can look at it with logic. If i get rpd 3 times in a night with huntress and i decide to facecamp my first hook, why does that make me bad? when the guys themselves couldnt even loop? people take out their own aggression for nothing and dont use their brain they use emotion and violence

Yesterday I played a game where the killer threw away any chance of winning just to tunnel out one person, even slugging me bodyblocking to continue tunneling. It's bizarre.

It's often much harder to discern a toxic killer (without them streaming with a voice) for me, since hitting on hook is what I did when I first started simply because I thought it looked fun. Survivors don't start off toxic, it takes skill to be toxic in a weird way for a survivor
genuinely what is the point of this comment? if you acknowledge that both sides can be toxic, then why try to push the blame onto the survivors' side? dbd is an asymmetrical game with 1 killer and 4 survivors per match, so it's a given that you will run into more toxic survivors statistically, but you're trying to make it seem like it's alright for killers to be toxic (and no, gameplay/the perks you bring are in no way toxic, never were, never will, the only real toxicity is bm and endgame badmouthing) while all survivors are pieces of shit who only play the game to make the killer players' lives torture just because you run into more toxic survivors than killers

I am a huntress main and I had THREE matches with swf squads, i only got one kill in the first one because it was a steven who let me down him with hatchets at end game, and one kill in the last one because one of the female survivors (assuming it was a mikayla) was always trying to get my attention but always got downed, btw , the other survivors kept trying to blind me with flashlight but failed because I had LightBorn (underrated perk, man) and they had like a little healing circle at one point where (not the perk circle of healing) they were all in one area together trying to heal and I was trying to kill them through all of it, they just. Wouldn't. Leave!
What's crazy is I checked into this man's stream and a year later he's still doing it its absolutely crazy to me that he doesn't get bored of doing the same stuff every day

The TTV cop mentality is so broken. This guy is salty. That's it. Woohoo. Should he stream it? Probably not. Should he take a break and chill out? Definitely. Is what he's doing "toxic" enough to that you have to put it on blast? No. There's very little wrong with this. He called some people "assholes" and then played the next game in a perfectly legitimate way - the same way any number of Basement Bubbas play. So unless your argument is that Basement Bubba itself is "toxic", you're once again grasping at straws to generate content. Leave this kind of callout content to Spooks, he's far more responsible and reasonable about it.
Yeah, I didn't really get the point of this one though I did skim more then watch so I might have missed something. Like, the dude is a bit cringe and has a pretty bad mindset but that's all it is. All he said was that when this ttv has a bad match, next match he plays as basement bubba in hopes that the survivors will also have a bad match. Playing camping bub, slugging, tbagging and whatever else, is not inherently toxic, annoying sure. What is “toxic” is calling people names. Yes SpooknJukes does the basement bubba meme as well. You say he doesn’t get hate towards it? Guess what, he still does! The point of the video isn’t the fact he plays basement bubba. Its to show the hypocrisy and entitlement of this ttv. There will inevitably be matches that the killer/survivors play in a way that isn’t what you’d consider fun. But that’s why we need to not get all worked up other a simple sabo save and instead remind ourselves that this is a game, a multiplayer one at that where many people play differently and have different mindsets. There will be people who have bad games and yell at others or type something unfavorable in egc. That’s why we have these videos from Aaron and Spooks and other creators to showcase the behavior of these players and how we might sometimes act like them whether privately or on live video. It’s a lesson for us to realize like “hey, maybe I took it too far, it’s just a game I apologize for calling you these words”. You’re right, calling people assholes aren’t as bad as what other people have said but it still doesn’t make it alright or to continue to harass a ttv that escaped against your inescapable basement. And if you never have had these thoughts (props to you) then it’s just an entertaining video to watch someone whine about double blood point offerings. If you read the description it clearly states these videos are an analysis of behavior, and entertainment. Sorry for the essay.
I think something that a lot of players of DBD, both survivors and killers, get into is this idea of 'pay it forward' even if they are not aware that they are even doing it. I think a good example of this, is: A killer brings in a 4 perk gen slowdown & gets a 4K. Survivors then get upset at it, and the next game they bring in BNP and gen rush perks and they all escape. The next killer, upset that they got genrushed maybe decide that the next game they bring in an endgame build and ends up slugging or something. Now the new group of survivors get upset at this, and the next game runs a sabo build. Etc, etc. Obviously that's a worse case scenario thing. But it's something that I've seen be talked about a lot on Twitter, the idea that every killer is gonna run a slowdown build and every survivor is gonna run a genrush build and that both sides need to constantly try to 'One-up' the other in order to win. This is just something I've seen talked about a lot on both sides and it kind of felt like the conversation fit here lol I'm totally guilty of it, on killer I try not to run 'meta' builds, but if I keep getting slammed, then I probably end up switching to a meta build, which like I said, just punishes the next group. It's a cycle that feels hard to break. It's very weird to see the 'pay it forward' in this TTV's eyes though ... the FOV abuse was the funniest excuse to me. He got so embarrassed by whiffing he had to completely make something up xD
As someone with anger issues, someone who has made family and friends feel scared and uncomfortable to be around me, someone who has been so angry I've hurt myself, broken phones, controllers, monitors, chairs, desks etc, it is not a good feeling. When you can, be positive. Make someone else close to you smile even if you are in a bad mood. Seeing someone else happy because of what you did might be enough to snap you out of that bad mood
Multiple people have now asked the same thing so let me clarify: Basement Bubba is not the problem. I like playing that myself and have never had an issue with it
The problem with this guy is that he goes into games with the intention of ruining others experiences, he specifically targets people and brags about not letting them play the game, and goes out of his way to be as INTENTIONALLY toxic as possible to the survivors, all because he lost his previous games.
He could have played as any killer and camped in the basement and it would have been the same thing

Intention doesn't matter if the gameplay itself is the same the only difference is he picks his target before the match starts. This in itself isn't an issue the being offended because you were picked is a reach the same can be said when a survivor goes into a match with the intention of not allowing the killer to get a hook would this also be considered malice.

I love it too when they bring party streamers and then I pay close attention to who has been hooked how many times and hook them all twice and then let them go. they gave me enough bloodpoints by bringing four party streamers, and I don't really care about "winning" (by the game/community standards; I consider it winning if I've had fun, which I can have without getting kills).
that's my mindset too! Not that I SWF (no friends that play this game lol) but I can tell when my teammates are in a duo or trio so I like to bring some offerings for the killer too :)

Hey, Aaron! I am MrBonusPoint, the Rebecca in the first part of that video, in Round 1. Let me tell your viewers what also happened. I went in there with my friend, Frisky&Risky (Felix). I was just focusing on gens. In fact, I don't believe I ever ran into the killer until after that last gen was popped (by me). The NOED lit up right in front of me after I popped the gen. I cleansed the totem, then helped the other survivors.
I watched his stream later, and I noted (as you did) that he focused on Feng Min and kept slugging her for bringing in a flashlight. I brought in a toolkit to sabotage the hook which I used when he was going to hook Felix (and note that the other "toxic" survivors had exited the match). After Felix wiggled off, I body blocked to allow Felix a chance to escape, which is why I was injured from taking the hit. From my perspective, it was an heroic escape!
After the match, I'm pretty sure I thanked him for the match (which I usually do) and went into his stream. You notice I Followed his stream. I tried to defend myself and my friend, and didn't know why he called me and my friend (Felix) names (until I watched his stream later the next day). Incidentally, one of his other friends from his stream came into my stream and said that he gets irritated easily, but he's an alright guy.
The reason I watched his stream later in the first place was because I was really confused that he attacked me like that for no reason. I don't generally run into toxic streamers or players like that. Most are friendly and gracious. He really brought me down. I'm glad KatTheGemini posted so you could see it. Yeah, I guess I was one of the a-holes who ruined this guy's day, but he rained on mine, too. Really no excuse for his behavior.

That person who came into your stream was a mod of his I believe and actually came back and told him that you didn’t do anything wrong and that you were okay. He completely brushed it off, didn’t apologise and basically ignored what they said 😅

Ironically, the thing that inspired me to become a killer main was how nice and lenient the killers tend to be, like running into the killers that go "Oh they got a bunch of escape cakes, I'm not gonna waste them and let them win the match!"
I've seen killers that made sure they only double hooked everyone and then called it a day when multiple BPS were brought. And I've done that myself as killer numerous times. So to see the polar opposite is absolute baffling to me.

@@Awesometrax It's not baffling, it's being toxic. For some people, the only true goal they have is being evil to people and getting off on doing so. They couldn't care if you gave them a million bloodpoints, their only goal is to be toxic and to make people suffer, and to get off on it.
When the team brings multiple BPS, I try to help them rack up score. That doesn't mean I won't try to 4k them, it just means I try to make sure they all get to collect enough saves, stuns, etc. to get a nice score. If they're playing BPS, they're probably after points, right?
@@ColinRixon when im farming and there's 2 survivors on death hook left, instead of hooking , i slug one and then wait at a corner of the map til the other pick them up so I can get more chase and hit points. I avoid hooking at that point until either i max what categories are possible, or when they are about to bleed out as letting them bleed out is wasted bloodpoints.
Im very OCD when it comes to my grind.

The only thing to do when u face this type of toxic people, is to block them. At least u won't have to play with them anymore or at least less often.
I dont play killer, but I also block survivor teammates that instantly DC when things don't go their way in early game.

Prove thyself is easily countered by discordance too. Honestly great perk for any killer. Running any Gen with other players? Go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200

THIS. I say this all the time and new people I play with don't believe me when I tell them 7/10 times, a Flan or BPS gets me thrown out the game. I have so many on my main that I barely use, now. Its really sad that some people have that mentality. I was playing VHS and talking on voice chat with someone who admitted they purposely ruin survivors' games and main a basement bubba build, and was adamant he was somehow justified or even righteous to do so. Keep in mind this guy was playing teen - the equivalent of survivor - in VHS at the time, so he wasn't some weird killer-only player with no idea about survivor experience, he was just an asshole.

This streamer is so unreal to me.
I am a very empathetic person and I can understand a lot of reasons for doing something, like tunneling or else in DBD.
But this, this is something even I can't explain in a right way.
In general, if I get stomped by the survivors playing killer ( I am playing about 80% of my games as survivor myself) I accept it and even give credit to the survivors or, if I get a down after the last gen pops, drag the survivor to an exit and let them leave.
Especially if they did a really good job at looping. I know way to well how it feels to die like that and I am too nice most of the times I guess.
But insulting or harassing someone for doing something I don't like is nothing that would come to my mind.
the difference is you are empathetic as a killer to survivors because you yourself basically are a survivor main 80% of games played as a survivor, but are you equally empathetic to a struggling killer i will go out on a limb and say no. I say this because survivors cry when they get a dc early game if the killer dont let them all escape and those same players will stomp on a killer and never once think to give the killer a kill
I am very empathetic to both sides, even as a survivor main, if I am playing killer and survivors play well I let them leave, if I am playing survivor and someone DCs I don't expect the killer to let me leave, and if I am alive when the gates are open I will almost always offer myself up to the killer, I don't care about escaping (unless I am doing an escape challenge which is rare for me), I have more fun trying different builds (usually meme ones) and trying to get better at looping, I'd rather everyone get bloodpoints and have a good time, it's a game after all

But if they start hitting me on hook after I showed them kindness, then all bets are off. And I've had that happen before. My point is, just because you play more of one side than the other, does not mean you can't be empathetic to the side you play less.

Holy balls. I've been playing this game for over 2 years now and I've never actually heard ANYONE, killer or survivor, say "I hope we can get a depip." I have no idea why that struck a nerve in me, but it did. I never ever want anyone to suffer that in this game. Even when I'm killer, I still try and let them get points and hopefully do enough so they safety. So sad that someone can be that mad.
I was drinking my coffee while watching this video but when I heard the reason why this person decided to ruin another groups game which is "Bloody party streamers" I immediately spit out my coffee in surprise and burst out laughing! Hell im the oopsite, i try to be nice to survivors most games if i see they are struggling, and only really sweat if the game isnt going my way. But i also sometimes accept a loss and let all 4 survivors leave

Whenever I play in a skilled 4 man swf, I insist we bring streamers so that if it is a difficult game for the killer, they at least get some mad bp from it.
Most of the time, the group will agree because THEY want the mad bp but I more do it for the killer's sake than anything.

I’m not surprised to see this. I genuinely hope the TTV changes his ways because I know he can be better in this community. I went against him (back in September) when he was survivor and I was killer and I let him out because he was playing my favourite survivor. I followed his Twitch after that and very occasionally tuned into them, but I never saw any salt. Every time I popped in he was super nice and happy to see me.
I saw the clip Kat posted of when she went against him and I was severely disappointed. I’ve played with Kat in my lobby before and she’s nothing but nice.
I went into his next stream and told him I’m no longer going to be supporting him because I can’t support negativity in DBD since there’s already so much. The response I got was his friend (who he was duoing with, and is also his mod) say that “there is way worse toxicity in the community, what (insert streamer name here) is doing isn’t that bad” like… as if that makes it any better? And then he banned me even though I was unfollowing anyways. Plus the TTV brags about that clip going around saying that they’ve gotten more fans and attention towards them.
What’s even funnier, is that friend/mod of theirs I previously mentioned, I found them commenting under SpooknJukes’ latest salt video and they were saying that “people usually think ttvs are bad when they’re nice, I recently had someone harass my ttv friend saying they were toxic” and I responded saying hi 👋 I know you’re talking about me! When I first started playing the game, the only time I'd see Bloody party streamers was against a troll squad, who spent the whole game flashlighting me, head-onning me, body-blocking me, etc. And they would all swarm around me at the same time. Back then, I wasn't good enough to counter that playstyle like I can now, so seeing Bloody Party Streamers has a negative effect on me, cuz as a killer I have to ask myself "Is this a nice guy or a guy wanting to troll"

This guy is clever. He's hiding his toxicity behind a jovial tone and attitude. Even when he's talking smack he's being up-beat and outgoing about it. Complimenting people while insulting them and so on. I'm not going to bother with the psychology of that but rather point out, to me, personally, that's disturbing on multiple levels.

@@NekoLilyK It’s mostly an indication of self righteousness. Everything done to him is toxic while everything he does is justified in his eyes. It’d be close to being a sociopath if he didn’t react at all, but everything is done out of clear malice; so he’s just straight up awful.
@NekoLilyK also, it's a "second chance" to defend themselves. If someone will really fuck them up, this kind of people say something like "hey bro it was just a joke, you see I was laughing and even made you a compliment, it's just the way talk and make fun". It's a basic manipulation to make you feel stupid and overreacting, you'll rewatch his clips and get a thought like "oh he is really talking in a funny tone and here he made a compliment to me, maybe I am really oversensetive".
Mostly, people with this kind of toxicity are cowards and they are afraid they will get f-ed for the things they say. What about this streamer exactly, he's afraid to get banned, so he is using this "second chance" in order to defend himself once Twitch is gonna ban him.

I try to make every side have fun no matter if I lose or not I even troll but I still lose with it now and then but I don't take it out on other groups. But if I'm playing as killer and a survivor is being toxic to their survivor teammate's on purpose I'll hook them until second stage because I don't like when survivors be toxic to their survivor teammate's on purpose but if it's accident I'll just slug then to go find someone else and they get up and I'm like yay more fun for bp

If I see someone trolling their team, I go out of my way to tunnel and camp them, the amount of times i've had a troll survivor playing surv has tilted me, usually i'll camp them out of the game and let the survs finish gens and get out. Likewise if someone rage quits after I down them first chase. I just let everyone finish gens and get the survs to drop pallets etc.

A little bit of context: I typically try to just 2 hook everyone then, if there's still gens left, I'll meme about with them. I've been playing since beta, so I like to just make my own fun in the game. I like to be a lighthearted breathe of fresh air in the fog!
Now, that said, if I have s surv "Obey the Meme" ie boop the snoot, poke the clown's belly, etc., then I'll forgo the hooking on them and just go instantly into meme mode and I have yet to have anyone complaint about the fun times I bring into the game.
If I'm on my Demo, and someone brings in and USES Pebble, then I immediately go into Fetch Mode and will bring them another survivor to heal.
Edit: It turns out I'm already following Kat, I faced her in October when I was doing Scratched Mirror Month. The Jumpscares I gave her were PRICELESS!!! and then I hung out in her chat for the next 2.5 hours, just chilling, and paying forward the wholesomeness and keeping people's sprits high.

I used to often wait for the killer at the gate to say goodbye, sort of. I don't tbag(cause pressing ctrl is mean for some unknown reason). Usually just nod a few times, and leave. Maybe give a final hit.
Same as killer, I usually go to the gate to nod/ring a bell/tbag/spam power to say goodbye, and feel ignored when the survivors don't wait up.

I played against a streamer once as killer on GOJ as Pig, the ttv was “Deathmetal Tv” or something like that, and he was playing as a bloody Yoichi. He was decent, but he had a tendency to tbag at pallet drops, pointed at me and did other annoying shit while I was playing as Pig on one of the least enjoyable maps for killer. Fortunately, he made several mistakes and I managed to get him, not only that but I kept consistent pressure on the team and managed to secure either a 4K or 3k, can’t remember which. As for our ttv, I placed a trap on him on death hook thinking that he wasn’t dead yet, and when I killed him, I was actually surprised and disappointed I wasted a trap on him.
After the match he left a message on my profile, saying I was bad and using a bunch of salt emojis. However, months later, me and a buddy of mine were playing on mother’s dwelling against a Wesker, and he *immediately* focused me out, but he wasn’t exactly a great Wesker, so I looped him for a little before he got me, and I got tunneled out in the first minute or two of the game. Same thing happened to Jake, leaving only Jeff and my friend left. Now my friend kept hiding around the map, going into lockers because he would down Jeff, then pick him up and walk around the map with him, trying to use awakened awareness to find my friend so he could get a 4K, but Jeff kept wiggling off to make it harder for him to move around the map, eventually forcing him him kill Jeff. My friend managed to get hatch, and we took his 4K from him.
After the match, he massaged my friend and told her that she was a hiding dog, or something like that. Yeah, real piece of shit he is, I don’t even care that I used his ttv name, some people shouldn’t have a platform with that kind of behavior.

I was hella toxic till the Oni chapter where i quitted dbd. After a few years i came back during Wesket chapter and i became hella chill. As a killer i either play hella friendly or i just play normally and whenever i get mad i blame myself for committing mistakes.

I have only played DBD a handful of times, but what I have learned from these ttvs is "if you don't let me win with no effort, you are toxic" which is a puzzling stance to take in a competitive game.
Personally as a survivor main I am TERRIFIED when someone brings BPS for this reason. You'd be surprised at the amount of killers hard-tunneling and camping when such farming offerings are brought in. I have no goddamn idea why but at this point I consider the item cursed and never bring any (or shit my pants when other people do)

I don't get the BPS thing. Whenever I see that I'm happy cause I get a lot of BP to help level up my characters. The idea that BPS is toxic and sweaty is insane.
Usually people only play r. Whenever they're in a full swif. . same with a event cake 🍰🎂 or flaun. But this doesn't mean they're going to be toxic or hateful. I've farmed with some people who played group offerings cuz it's clear they want BP.
Whenever i see someone rage (or myself) i look at these videos and just say "yeah, we are doing great actually"
I remember I tagged you in this. Glad you made a video on it. This is the type of person that I don't think hears and understands the words coming out of his own mouth regarding toxic. I'm all for any play style that you want but when I saw the initial clip he took his aggressions out of the game and that was too much for me. I have found that since I started watching yours videos I've kept myself in check way more. I was never super salty but I definitely go into the mindset of just having fun no matter what happens. I had a few games where I was tunneled and camped yesterday and it didn't bother me at all when last year I would have been more tilted. Makes this game a lot more enjoyable, that's for sure.

I hate killers with this mindset. I don’t main survivor or killer, I play both pretty regular, I do get mad with ACTUAL toxic survivors/hackers, but like you said, people sabotaging a hook is just a survivor playing their role. ALSO t bagging at the end gate isn’t something I consider toxic, yes it prolongs the game but with me being a console player with no EGC, it’s my version of GG (whether I’m killer or survivor)

Sometimes I get angry when playing killer (or survivor), but I try not to take it out on the next group. In rare cases, I failed (and that was when I was a noob), but usually I just take a break if the frustration is too much.
I remember that in one match where there was still the "old" DS where you had 60s of invincibility, a killer said that he tunneled me because I "abused" DS by hopping in a locker. Why did I go to the locker? Because he was tunneling and slugging me before and I was on death hook. Yes. I got tunneled because of DS, before I used DS.
Anotherone was also quite funny. The killer claimed that he tunneled me out because "you guys were genrushing". I was the poor dude who got chased before I could even touch a gen (thanks to Lethal Pursuer). I was dead before 2 gens were done. Yeah.
I like how different channels are either on the killer or survivor side and its either (salty killer main) or (salty survivor main) it really shows the giant divide between the community

What happened was i think he got stunned by either the nea or the Steve that was playing as well, and that pissed him off or whatever. He ended up getting Feng, and they rescued her off but because he couldn't catch anyone else, he went for Feng again, and he snatched me up when i went back to try and save her because i saw him hitting her on the hook like she somehow did something wrong. How is it her fault that YOU couldn't get anyone else?

oh shit I've 100% gone against this dude before lol. I remember specifically him playing Bubba, and at the end counting the "second chance perks" which I found incredibly odd but said GGs anyway, he wasnt particularly mean to me but I didnt stick around. Little did he know there was one less 'second chance perk' and one less perk over all because I literally am so dumb and cant use DH at all so. I recognized the voice instantly along with the "second chance" phrasing

A lot killers play this way and make excuses to play this way then complain about dead Huuurd! I’m glad someone is shedding some light on how alot of these killers play and why solos needed the UI buff. I had a hubris spirit fury Bubba complain and accuse me of being a SWF because he wasn’t being able to catch some random nea because I burned garden of joy. It was a hubris/spirit fury Bubba the map offering wasn’t the issue!
I usually dont go to the gate when i know i lost bc its just gona be everyone teabaggin me. And its sad how many people wait for you to come at the exit gate

I am surprised by how many people complain about survivors waiting at the gate and how it is perceived as bad manners. I used to often wait for the killer at the gate to say goodbye, sort of. I don't tbag(cause pressing ctrl is mean for some unknown reason). Usually just nod a few times, and leave. Maybe give a final hit.
Same as killer, I usually go to the gate to nod/ring a bell/tbag/spam power to say goodbye, and feel ignored when the survivors don't wait up.
It's sad that mean players ruin the possibility of funny final interaction for more positive players.
I always leave if there's no point in staying, at all. I only stay if some of my teammates might need a protection hit or to goof around with them (which is rarely). But never till the very last second, that's a waste of time. Everyone who's not dead already is out? Okay, GG next match!

Sadly the last months everytime I decide to use a bloody party streamers I usually get reck by the killer or tunneled and camped. So i dont bring that offering anymore :S idk why but I clearly see a difference in actitude when I do than when I dont. So I just dont do It anymore. Its not worth the bloodpoints to only get to the killer.
But to be Fair the last 2 months I have encountered much more tunnelers and campers killer than in all the time I have been playing this Game. So maybe its just a meta thing. Idk. It happens.
For those killer mains getting offended. I only count tunneling and camping as something I dont defend when its done at the beginning of a Game. Like saying "you". Downing the surv. Camping. If the surv gets unhook automatically going for them again like crazy to get him out of the Game as soon as posible.
Camping and tunneling in endgame of when there are only 1 or 2 gens its normal and a Fair tactic to try to keep the preassure. I just like a chance to everyone to play in a match. Idc if I die in the end if I could do stuff. Like a gen. Loop a little.

I love otzdarva cuz he makes the game wholesome. Watching him makes me cool down as a killer and go oh well played ggs instead of being mad I got looped I’ll be like damn that guy played well I should have abandoned chase and chased somebody else around a less safe loop ya know.
Ikr watching streamers has made me just not care about the individual games as much. This game is so much more fun once you're not caring about it and just having a good time regardless.
I mean its frustrating when survivors pop of gens back to back, hide absurdly well, and you cant catch them in low mmr but never frustrating to this TTVs extent. Ive almost given up on killer for the time being because even on low rank and low mmr i cant get better when going against gen rushing, constant heals, etc. multiple games in a row it gets hard to get better. But yeah im still positive when playing like its a game lol
@@tobirae-zm7jg try and put together an anti gen build if that’s what u have a problem with. Or an endgame build so that you really shine later on

Endgame perks I have trouble with since they heal fast and I avoid camping at all costs so even if everyone's on second hook, they manage to get out because there's 4 of them all healthy, taking hits etc. I've had some luck with a mix of Dead Man's, Jolt, Ruin, and Discord on Freddy with dream pallets and Aura reading for the dropped pallets. Been wanting to use the add on that makes all gens bleed when you teleport to one but it means no canceling so that's why i stick do discord because it always makes at least one hop off and activate dead man's and ruin then I get jolt value usually and the survivors almost never know when it's dream pallets. But even then those games usually end in a 3k because once they're pretty sure I have discord and dead man's they split off, heal up sometimes, stick longer on gens to prevent dead man's, and find the totem for ruin. Survivors are crazy good in some lobbies so I've taken time to play survivor to learn more about the other side and get my killer game play better

man, these videos just prove my point. most people who play this game can't play right or without bias. if a survivors is hiding by hook and killer see, its NOT camping. if you get farmed in front of a killer then tunneling is ok. like a couple years ago survivors started holding eachother accountable and it just died off. hell taking bt hit is dumb, why would i hit you then hit your healthy savior twice instead of waiting out your bt and tunneling you? BT is to avoid tunneling so dont force a killer to hit and then cry. As for killers, they assume they need to be assholes t everyone because they got a good squad or they run really sad perks that just destroy solo and enforce swf. tunneling and camping at the start due to whatever reason. like people do different things in this game for different reasons but nobody can look at it with logic. If i get rpd 3 times in a night with huntress and i decide to facecamp my first hook, why does that make me bad? when the guys themselves couldnt even loop? people take out their own aggression for nothing and dont use their brain they use emotion and violence

Yesterday I played a game where the killer threw away any chance of winning just to tunnel out one person, even slugging me bodyblocking to continue tunneling. It's bizarre.

It's often much harder to discern a toxic killer (without them streaming with a voice) for me, since hitting on hook is what I did when I first started simply because I thought it looked fun. Survivors don't start off toxic, it takes skill to be toxic in a weird way for a survivor
genuinely what is the point of this comment? if you acknowledge that both sides can be toxic, then why try to push the blame onto the survivors' side? dbd is an asymmetrical game with 1 killer and 4 survivors per match, so it's a given that you will run into more toxic survivors statistically, but you're trying to make it seem like it's alright for killers to be toxic (and no, gameplay/the perks you bring are in no way toxic, never were, never will, the only real toxicity is bm and endgame badmouthing) while all survivors are pieces of shit who only play the game to make the killer players' lives torture just because you run into more toxic survivors than killers

The survivor rule book is called such because of the insane number of survivors that have these imaginary rules. This is very rare to see a killer main act like this.

I am a huntress main and I had THREE matches with swf squads, i only got one kill in the first one because it was a steven who let me down him with hatchets at end game, and one kill in the last one because one of the female survivors (assuming it was a mikayla) was always trying to get my attention but always got downed, btw , the other survivors kept trying to blind me with flashlight but failed because I had LightBorn (underrated perk, man) and they had like a little healing circle at one point where (not the perk circle of healing) they were all in one area together trying to heal and I was trying to kill them through all of it, they just. Wouldn't. Leave!
What's crazy is I checked into this man's stream and a year later he's still doing it its absolutely crazy to me that he doesn't get bored of doing the same stuff every day

This community is infuriating. The TTV cop mentality is so broken. This guy is salty. That's it. Woohoo. Should he stream it? Probably not. Should he take a break and chill out? Definitely. Is what he's doing "toxic" enough to that you have to put it on blast? No. There's very little wrong with this. He called some people "assholes" and then played the next game in a perfectly legitimate way - the same way any number of Basement Bubbas play. So unless your argument is that Basement Bubba itself is "toxic", you're once again grasping at straws to generate content.
Leave this kind of callout content to Spooks, he's far more responsible and reasonable about it.
Yeah, I didn't really get the point of this one though I did skim more then watch so I might have missed something. Like, the dude is a bit cringe and has a pretty bad mindset but that's all it is. It's a guy who gets a little salty and takes the game too seriously but people like that are a dime a dozen and it's not even that bad outside of it being cringe inducing.
There's no death threats or racism or crap like that which are real problems and should be spoken up about. If this dude wants to be salty at the game then so be it. If people come in and see him acting like this, it should be a simple eyeroll and move on. If this is the worst DBD has to offer then we're in a golden age.
When did Aaron say that playing basement bubba is toxic? All he said was that when this ttv has a bad match, next match he plays as basement bubba in hopes that the survivors will also have a bad match. Playing camping bub, slugging, tbagging and whatever else, is not inherently toxic, annoying sure. What is “toxic” is calling people names.
Yes SpooknJukes does the basement bubba meme as well. You say he doesn’t get hate towards it? Guess what, he still does! The point of the video isn’t the fact he plays basement bubba. Its to show the hypocrisy and entitlement of this ttv. There will inevitably be matches that the killer/survivors play in a way that isn’t what you’d consider fun. But that’s why we need to not get all worked up other a simple sabo save and instead remind ourselves that this is a game, a multiplayer one at that where many people play differently and have different mindsets. There will be people who have bad games and yell at others or type something unfavorable in egc.
That’s why we have these videos from Aaron and Spooks and other creators to showcase the behavior of these players and how we might sometimes act like them whether privately or on live video. It’s a lesson for us to realize like “hey, maybe I took it too far, it’s just a game I apologize for calling you these words”. You’re right, calling people assholes aren’t as bad as what other people have said but it still doesn’t make it alright or to continue to harass a ttv that escaped against your inescapable basement. And if you never have had these thoughts (props to you) then it’s just an entertaining video to watch someone whine about double blood point offerings. If you read the description it clearly states these videos are an analysis of behavior, and entertainment. Sorry for the essay.
I think something that a lot of players of DBD, both survivors and killers, get into is this idea of 'pay it forward' even if they are not aware that they are even doing it. I think a good example of this, is: A killer brings in a 4 perk gen slowdown & gets a 4K. Survivors then get upset at it, and the next game they bring in BNP and gen rush perks and they all escape. The next killer, upset that they got genrushed maybe decide that the next game they bring in an endgame build and ends up slugging or something. Now the new group of survivors get upset at this, and the next game runs a sabo build. Etc, etc.
Obviously that's a worse case scenario thing. But it's something that I've seen be talked about a lot on Twitter, the idea that every killer is gonna run a slowdown build and every survivor is gonna run a genrush build and that both sides need to constantly try to 'One-up' the other in order to win. This is just something I've seen talked about a lot on both sides and it kind of felt like the conversation fit here lol I'm totally guilty of it, on killer I try not to run 'meta' builds, but if I keep getting slammed, then I probably end up switching to a meta build, which like I said, just punishes the next group. It's a cycle that feels hard to break.
It's very weird to see the 'pay it forward' in this TTV's eyes though ... the FOV abuse was the funniest excuse to me. He got so embarrassed by whiffing he had to completely make something up xD

As someone with anger issues, someone who has made family and friends feel scared and uncomfortable to be around me, someone who has been so angry I've hurt myself, broken phones, controllers, monitors, chairs, desks etc, it is not a good feeling.
When you can, be positive. Make someone else close to you smile even if you are in a bad mood. Seeing someone else happy because of what you did might be enough to snap you out of that bad mood
