Hello, we are Francesca and Carolina Inghirami, we embarked on this adventure about 15 years ago because the love for these harsh and magnificent places binds us and our family to this land and to the city of Volterra for more than 1000 years.
The hill of Scornello, where our farm is located, already appears in documents dating back to 1200 and has been owned by our family ever since.
Ours is an organic farm of about 350 hectares, about 9km from Volterra, where we grow organic olive trees and cereals of excellent quality.
In addition, our company is located within a large nature reserve that allows you to experience and discover the flora and fauna typical of the Mediterranean.
