Great video, I mark wood three to four days a week and I have attempted to rebuild a paint gun, however I have never seen a complete gun therefore I have never seen the third smallest o-ring. I think when I rebuild in the future I will be more successful.

I’ve never used those quart guns but they look more high maintenance than the panama pump gun that I use. The pressurized air seems to push out any clumps or little things that could jam up the gun. There still is a couple of rubber or leather seals that eventually need to be swapped out along with the needle and nozzle being eroded by the solids in the paint.

I dunno I feel like they’re super easy! I’ve tried the pump ones and I prefer the quart.
