If I hadn't watched her live chat from a few years ago that I actually only just watched a few minutes ago in which she says she got drunk before performing radioactive at the DMA's since she was super nervous, I would have never known that she was drunk during this performance.
I don't understand how this performance prevented her from going on tv for a while. I wouldn't have known that she was drunk if she didn't say it in a livechat omg.
she is singing live, the fact is the backing track dominates, the keyboard player is not doing much, there is no way he'd be able to change the cutoff of the lead synth so quickly
The songs are still lovely and creative in my opinion. Actually I think she's "grown." Also, she has said she doesn't perform 'Girls' anymore, because it's sexist and Marina is a feminist.
@TheMichaelM16 LOL. Thank goodness Marina isn't another Christina/Beyonce. There are far too many polished divas singing about shit in the music industry. The fact that Marina doesn't fit into that category is incredibly refreshing. And FYI, Marina never wanted to be a trained musician. Her talents are completely innate.
