I also prefer low harmonicas....like the one used by Sonny Boy Williamson in Bye bye bird is fantastic!
You are my favorite harmonica player (and harmonica teacher). I was always a guitar player, but my left hand doesn't work well anymore, especially the fingers. I tried an old-fashioned glass slide, but I couldn't get the pressure right. Then I saw you on a video using a type of metal slide I'd never seen before. A friend of mine found one and bought it for me. It worked for me and I can play guitar again. Thank you very much.😎

JUZZIE I USED TO WATCH YOU IN REDCLIFFE SUNDAY MARKET WHEN I WAS FIVE YEARS OLD
You are amazing and inspire me to keep playing. Right now, I only have a Hohner Special 20 in C. But I can see that I need more. I recently started working on upping my game. In the process I learned that, while covering 3 holes, I was playing the wrong one. The low note. It's a slow and frustrating journey to retrain my mouth to play the high note. I'm getting there, though. Thanks for the inspiration.
Also, I got a set of the juggling percussion balls and am slooooooowly learn them as well.

Just playing for a few months on a regular C harp. Next step would be playing together with my guitar. Thanks for the nice and easy going lessons. Hopefully in a while i can perform both in our church band playing some good old gospels. Take it easy and enjoy the music with a smile.😊

Every key has its place but I have to say I'm playing my low C more than any other atm. So relaxing.

I remember back when the Horner Special 20 were routinely $10-12 each and we use to pick them up all the time just out of habit. Seems like if you had a C, D and G, you could play just about anything for blues. 👍

I love my G harmonica. I can hit single notes on it easily at the top end and i find it easy on the ears. I love doing amazing grace on it. I haven't been at it long... i seem to gravitate towards honky tonk, country, blue grass kinda tunes on it.

I recently bought your mp3 course. So many courses make so much about bending. I don’t have a musical ear but do you play a lot of bent notes or do you just play that sound good. Love your videos man

Probably key C. Works well for songs in Keys C, G & Dm

Juzzie, could you tell me which key to use to play along with my son playing Hotel California on guitar please? It is in b minor.
I would recommend a key A. When you inhale 4 that is the B note. This is called third position. Hope this helps 😊
