Thanks for this in depth review! I especially appreciate you pointing out the permanently attached signal/power subwoofer cable and headphone DAC performance. I just bought the closed back variant H6PRO headphones, so I'm looking forward to hearing them come to life.

Great review Joe! Seems like an awesome product. I wish this existed before I bought my Sony soundbar last year. If I end up replacing that I might look into this.
Thanks! Biggest benefit is if you want a good headphone amp/dac without spending too much. Having it built in sounded great for me.

Interesting! I wonder if the headphone part is pretty much the same thing as their X3 or X4 external DAC/sound card.

So far it looks like a good soundbar! I use the Teufel Cinebar 4.1.. And i love it! It packs a massive punch! BTW, is that a massive drinking mug you have on your table? Any links to that?, hehe. Amazing as always, back to the video got some more to watch 💙
Lol yeah it is! I think I got it at Kohls or Best Buy when it was being clearanced out haha. I have Empire and Resistance. They were about $20 a pop and they hold my iced lattes!

Do I want to plug this into my PC? Or use my HDMI Arc? I use an LG CX 48' for my PC main display.
If my Television only has one HDMI Arc input on it that I have my Nintendo Switch hooked to how would I hook my switch up with the Katana V2 Thx much I subbed very nice informative Video Thx much

Hi, Thanks for the detailed review, would like to know once we turn the settings through the PC, does this sound bar save the settings locally on the device and work well, when it is connected to the TV or another device except a computer?
Nothing saves to the headset unfortunately. You can enable mic sidetone by holding down the mute button though, and side tone will work on PS5.
Purchased this sound bar two months ago. I co-sign how good it is for the price and size.

My Z623 is connected to a Soundblaster Z, but the Katana V2 comes with USB-Connection, so it has its own soundcard onboard?

Technically you can if you set the sub level to a very low setting on the sound bar (start with the minimum) then adjust your powered sub volume from the lowest setting and slowly increase until you find the right spot.
