The young lady mentioned Elvis having a deep manly voice and she is correct. Also Elvis himself was very manly. People always compare him to Michael Jackson and Prince and other artist but none of them were manly. They were good singers that sold a lot of records but Elvis was the whole package looks, voice charisma, and sex appeal. No one will ever replace him they have tried but failed. Thanks for a very good reaction.
I agree with this. Elvis was pure masculinity. Up there dripping in sweat, hair a mess...he didn't care. Also, MJ, maybe The Beatles too had the young girls all screaming with crushes. Elvis, he had that too but more so grown mature women were just in love with him, all ages...
I absolutely love your takes in Elvis videos I love the fact that you are open to all Elvis pours his heart out to give you you you Re smart and so sweet and beautiful wonderful to see you excited by Elvis music thank you you make my day
If you think this was good, these two are a must to listen too.... "American Trilogy" from his live Aloha from Hawaii concert 1973 and ''If I can dream" from his 1968 special..which was a tribute to Martin Luther king Jr....
255 covers of *You've Lost That Loving Feeling* that was ORIGINALLY performed by the great *Righteous Brothers* It has been rated by BMI as the number one song played in the 20th century. Thanks to the famous Phil Spector as producer and his unique "Wall of Sound" helped to catapult the original. Spector has been the producer of other starring acts than just the Righteous Brothers. IMO no one holds a candle to the original which is duo with Bill Medley (baritone) and Bobby Hatfield (tenor). [I had to count how many covers and it's probably higher than 255.] But heck *I love the King of all genres ELVIS* . [It's not JUST Rock. It is also Gospel, Country, and Rockabilly. Elvis has FOUR gospel albums and received his only Grammy Award for Gospel.
There's so much more to Elvis Presley. So many songs and videos and performances for many years. From the early 1950's to his final concerts in the 1970's. He not just changed music, Elvis Presley changed the world!
From a video posted of just the fans reaction.....The crazy crying girl's name is Pam. And years later even when she suffered from the last stages of Alzheimer's, she always had fond memories of that life changing event. That is the impact Elvis had.
Great reaction! Yes Elvis had a way of drawing out feelings for sure. For a young Elvis try "Jailhouse Rock" from the movie of the same name (he starred in 31 movies). More great performances to check out: "Bossa Nova Baby"; "Trying To Get To You" and "That's All Right" (alternate cut) both from the '68 Comeback Special; "Suspicious Minds" from 1970; "How Great Thou Art" from 1972 (gospel music was Elvis's favorite); and " What Now My Love" (Aloha from Hawaii). Enjoy!!
You've gotta react to more Elvis! Try reacting to "Suspicious Minds live in Las Vegas", "Polk Salad Annie" and/or "What now my love" all by Elvis Presley, Elvis is such a legend!
Thanks very much for your words for my lifetime singing idol . . . ELVIS. If you will, I highly recommend that you spend some of your spare times to watched ELVIS' 1972 Documentary Movie "ELVIS ON TOUR". I can guarantee you that it is gonna be a musical experience. The said film depicted ELVIS unique "Concert Performances" that portrays his extraordonary styles and thereto generating sheer charisma to AUDIENCES of ALL AGES. It is however somewhat appears to be incomplete because its Producer and/or Directors didn't have the chance to incorporate ELVIS' sold out concerts at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN in New York City circa June 9, 10, 11 1972. These MANHATTAN EP CONCERTS was dubbed as the BEST and GREATEST CONCERT ACT of THE KING. Am sure, you can pick any of the SONG REPERTOIRE featured in for your NEXT EP REACTION. Thanks again!!!
For your info Elvis is the guy who started rock and roll as we know it today. Everybody else followed him. He is known as the King of rock. So many many songs. But the best part is his background growing up in poverty, his spirituality (he has lots of gospel albums), and his relationship with the black community (when it was dangerous for whites to support blacks). Check out the video..'Elvis and the black community".
You just saw Elvis's performance from the 1970 "That's The Way It Is" film ..... However the back - Up singers who were the Back - Up singers then In this reaction video were really twenty - Five years later singing live to that recording of Elvis's ..... At the twenty - Five year Anniversary of Fake death ..... Right back at you .....
He didn't perform this song in the 73 Concert. The video they are performing with is from the 1970 "That's The Way It Is" Documentary Movie filmed during his Las Vegas Engagement August 1970. .
ELVIS is a complete package ! this is why he is [ the kind ] nobody can come close toy to him ! please do much more reactions on ELVIS like -- [ SUSPICIOUS MINDS IN LAS VEGAS ] [ PATCH IT UP ] [ BURNING LOVE ] [ WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES ] [ WHY ME LORD ] [ TAKE MY HAND PRECIOUS LORD ] [ HOW GREAT THOU ART ] [ BOSSA NOVA ] [ JAIL HOUSE ROCK ] and so many more ! great reaction ! thank you !
OMG!!!! I JUST REALIZED CISSY HOUSTON WAS ON STAGE WITH THE SWEET INSPIRATIONS, THE FEMALE BACKING GROUP!!! CISSY HOUSTON IS WHITNEY HOUSTON'S MOTHER!!!
This video is a concert for places around the world( he never got to do a concert around the world because his manager didn't want him to go there as his manager was an illegal immigrant from I think Holland n didn't want the country to find him) So this was concert was I think England the backup singers were the "Sweet Inspirations " n here you see them as they are today alot older n his guitar playerJames, pianist Glenn n drummer Ronnie as they are today. The World can now see a concert of Elvis even if Elvis died many years ago I have listened to Elvis since 1956 n yes im old but Elvis music keeps me young. I only got to one concert 1973 Aloha concert sat in 3rd row center n couldn't take my eyes off of him. After Elvis died I became friends with Charlie Hodge his confidant and best friend for 8years Charlie lived at Graceland with Elvis n got to know him as a human being not just the image on stage. Charlie told me many great stories about Elvis . I wish I had gotten to meet EP but Charlie was a dream come true. React to THE WONDER OF YOU VAGUS 1970, Make The World Go Away Vagus 1970, Bridge Over Troubled Water Vagus 1970, You Gave Me A Mountain 1973, American Trilogy Aloha concert 1973, I'll Remember You Aloha concert 1973 n many more. Have fun reacting to his songs, Thank you both for keeping Elvis music alive. I love your channel n you reaction.
The Elvis you're watching is the 1970 flash! Probably the most intense live performer ever. The video you'are watching thou is of the same musicians doing the same stuff around 40 years later (The Elvis Live Shows). Therefore the difference between Elvis and his old crew makes it somewhat of an age trip..
Love this song. Helped me through a rough patch. I don't like how he joked in the serious songs though. Messed up the mood. Listen to the studio or cd version omg.
You guys haven’t watched any of Elvis’ movie performances. Here’s a link to a really fun movie song, “Bossa Nova Baby”. I know you’ll love it. czcams.com/video/_GanoEE7VUc/video.html
this version not as good as the original, the band is the original band members, though a lot older, playing to Elvis voice in 1970 (he died 1977 and this clip was rejuvenated recently)
I went and saw this Elvis Live show about 20 years ago in CT atThe Mohegan Sun Arena. I was told to get seats somewhere in the middle to back..NOT close... having seen him live three times and then watching this show from a distance, it was unreal how close it felt to the real thing... Live musicians and Large screens like they use today, made you feel he was in the room A video of this on YOU Tube does no justice at all to the production. I knew he wasn't there, BUT...I got chills .....if ever the chance, I tell anyone to go who is a fan..
I can sing this song jus like the king gt the video gt the dvd jesus telin elvis more and more do it more es singing es movements elvis natural sexy faces looks tht e does all natural to I'm
This is NOT the version to respond to. You are watching a video recording of Elvis with a live orchestra. They do a fine job, but they are synching up to a recording. You need to see the actual concert performance - 10X better.
This is NOT what you should be listening to. This is an Elvis vocal and video track from 1970 with an instrumental from today. It's out of sync and impossible to mix correctly. You need to listen to the 1970 live version.
Then you clearly haven't heard Elvis sing it, he easily performs the song as good as the R.Bro. Both versions are great, the contrasting vocals of Bill and Bobby are brilliant but give me Elvis with his amazing voice, emotion and delivery all day!👑
Many stars have come and gone, but Elv1s is the whole universe. King forever 👑 No one comes close.

Exactly
He was and is The King
Yes Paula...While most male entertainers represent themselves as androgynous..Elvis always gave you the Power of masculinity
I agree with this. Elvis was pure masculinity. Up there dripping in sweat, hair a mess...he didn't care. Also, MJ, maybe The Beatles too had the young girls all screaming with crushes. Elvis, he had that too but more so grown mature women were just in love with him, all ages...
