But on the contrary all Green projects in India have Wooden Frame as a standard Door panel along with windows .......yeh civil ganduji ke akal ke bahar hai .....saale ko koi knowledge nahi hai .... 1 no. ka chutiya hai aur civil engineering ko badnaam kar raha hai

If you wish for smooth surface finish always go with ply. The cost is negligent, but it’s far better for end user in term of workmanship
