shiv you should do the callouts and be the Leader of that team , take the lead.

Have you guys ever tried Just having one squad leader it seems like all of you guys are talking at once and It gets kind of scramble at times. You guys should take turns being the squad leader to see who has the best IQ in all aspects of combat. The two men backing you up should listen to everything you say without question. It's always good to have one man giving you orders. Three men trying to be Leaders saying different stuff means that your brains are in different places. You aren't ready to come together at certain times when It counts.
Yup completely correct three man with their ego callout it's not a healthy team.
I think committing to the left team was the better play in the last game since they were closer and ended up killing you on the cross.
Also like @abishialja-iz6948 said make sure you guys have a squad lead.
