      You are taking protein as with 100% digestibility .
      Even whey has 95% digestibility means 5% protein still be wasted.
      Mention the digestibility % ,, otherwise your data is shit 💩💩💩

    make sure you don't go beyond 30gms per meal.
    there is a study that showed two people having same protein but in different meal sizes one who had 30gms have gained more muscle and the other who had gone more than 30gms per meal has less protein synthesis.

      There are information flowing in SM that Soya chunks/soya have high anti nutrients which don't go away even by cooking. So Japanese way of fermantation is the right way.

    This man tried his best for some people for this magical 200gms protein diet....yes,there are flaws in it but it was supposed to happen as it is kind of hypothetical....I do believe protein should never be more than carbs...50% carbs...25% protein and 25 % fats...baki fats and protein ke percentages change kar skte ho...toh lagbhag 3200kcal per day aayega....aur jo log digestion issues ki baat kar rhe hai....toh make sure you divide the meals....eat fibres in all the meals.....drink enough water...and you are good to go.

      ideally body weight ka 1.5g/kg zyadatar situations mein fit baith jayega agar thoda bahut body fat bhi huya. agar body fat 25% ya usse upar hai to body weight ka 1.2g/kg should suffice. ye lean mass ko consider kar lega automatically
