This man tried his best for some people for this magical 200gms protein diet....yes,there are flaws in it but it was supposed to happen as it is kind of hypothetical....I do believe protein should never be more than carbs...50% carbs...25% protein and 25 % fats...baki fats and protein ke percentages change kar skte ho...toh lagbhag 3200kcal per day aayega....aur jo log digestion issues ki baat kar rhe hai....toh make sure you divide the meals....eat fibres in all the meals.....drink enough water...and you are good to go.
